Seems to be strong buying at the close, so tomorrow could be interesting.

There will be some very interesting figures in a couple of weeks time. Cash was raised at 3p to buy into Egypt at the then going production rate. Since then we have almost trebled production so we can expect to see the sp well up current levels. Those who look for 4p should not be dissapointent and perhaps should expect for more.

Few and small trades pushing the sp higher- interesting.

Well we seem to have some interest this morning. We could be a win win situation. If there is no offer at a decent price then we could recover well in the coming months. More people considered to wanted for short term employment and as we know jobs will always want people and we have a huge DATA base of both employers and potential employees.

I appreciate what you say mubz - I guess what I mean is if they own their 30pc the door is effectively closed on another bid so HR can simply hold their position until hey feel the time is right. In he end I expect STAF to go but even HR may have its problems now and could hold back in he short term. If they do not move by 4 Sept it will be interesting to see if anyone makes a move on heir losing.

We have had the year end figures but the half year is due by the end of September. Why should HRNet make an offer? They have 30pc and only have to sit on it. If there is anougher offer they will need to get HR on board. Perhaps 50p will seal the deal if in fact HR want to take us on. Then we could get a counter bid but I doubt if those with large holdings will want STAF to stay independent.

Tucking away is fine but I feel we deserve some corporate activity to justify declining the offer from RBD. Could we be in play at the right price?

September 4th looms so what do we think will happen?

I think with the contracts we have - mostly in the public sector and with the need for the Government to get the economy going set against a MC of less than £100m we must be a sitting duck from a predator. The last value expectation I saw was
160p against a current 88p, so once the figures are out on 14 Sept I can see a bit of corporate interest being shown.

Will HRNet make an offer or not this coming week? Why should they? Is the market place now more favourable for recruiters and STAF in particular? My thoughts are that if HR want the company then now will be the time to make a move. If not they will allow STAF to consolidate thus demanding a higher value. The free flat is small so investor demand, if there is any will push the sp up during the next few days. My money is on HR making a move for I cannot see why they would have built such a stake. STAF have a tremendous Data Base and the current problems will have been overcome in the next six to nine months .

At the moment we are sitting on assets that may or may not show a good return in one or two years time. During this period we can expect the cash balance to dwindle as further monies are spent on the projects. What is needed imo is an income producing asset to be injected into DELT otherwise there could be a possibility of a further fund raise. We could use some cash and equity for an income producing asset and there must be some about that need funding.

I don't like to be diluted so as ever I have added more, to more than compensate for my dilution. Money for exploration and drilling is why I/we buy into companies like BZT and like him or not CB is no fool when it comes to mining and related work. Also Alistar Ford has recently joined a CB company and he is no mug. So if anyone does not like dilution top up if you can, but if you don't like the story sell.

I have had a holding for a long time but topped up a few months ago when I read that there had been a small fund raise with new Directors to be appointed. I know little if anything about ASMOs intentions but it appears that there is some smoke which could turn into a large fire as it were. We had a small holding in NQM which I also hold but it seems this has now been sold to generate cash. Clearly someone has taken a financial interest by buying in of new equity so it appears something will happen.
Like most early investments the trick is to get in before it hits the radar screen and I feel ASMO could be a contender. I feel that if you/me are in the market we are there to make money rather than being sentimental - buying M&S or one of the banks will not provide much excitement and is unlikely to make any money for you imo.

Well if you take on board the positive talk from BL they should be. When we bought into Egypt cash was raised at 3p per share and by all accounts the investment has performed ahead of expectations. Jamaica seems to be a good prospect so we may see a bit of a re rate to bring the mc more into line with asset potential.

I read and listen to a lot of positives here and by all accounts we have some very attractive prospects. We also have shares in Power Metal that could be sold for useful cash so for me our current valuation is missing a trick.

I think DELT has assets that reward all of us in time - and that's the problem, time. At least one year and possibly two before progress is made so we cannot expect any real momentum investor interest. If we can hold for a couple of years we may well at least double the value of our investment - the downside could be that we may need for cash for the Directors jollies. I can understand to a point why RBD offerred such a low price as the return on investment would be a long time coming and could require more money. What we need to do is add income producing assets so we need to through a few shares at something.

Looking back over the past six months BZT has been somewhat transformed by its copper gold acquisition projects and yet the potential is still not reflected in the sp. The mc in my opinion no way reflects what we have now in the way of assets, let alone the potential of recent acqusitions. 0.13p seems a bit on the low side.

Full year figures are due this month and in the short term I think Glenover will bring something to the table . Concordia has never been of interest to me ove the recent years notwithstanding we retain 15pc. We have more progressive projects and I can see GLR becoming a major resource company in the near future.
