Director buys not before half year figures due mid September - close period, then we will see buying. I am sure the numbers will be good as production from Egypt is well above expectations.

The good thing is that it has been steady buying rather than ramping. We have good assets with CB looking to consolidate the BZT interests in Zambia. We only need one decent find and we can then look to JV for mining.

It would seem that interesting developments are now taking place but of course we are well off of any financial radar with little interest being shown. Any thoughts on how long it could be for momentum to click in - do we think there is something already lined up or are we on the search. We don't know of course but thoughts could be interesting. It's quite possible. There will be an offer at some stage notwithstanding any recent issues STAFF has had. STAFF has an incredible DATA base and at some stage soon people will want jobs, and jobs will want people, and also I can see more people wanting more flexible work so STAFF will either recover well or be taken out. Question is how many candidates are there who want such a DATA base? COVID is a problem in the short term but any offer for STAFF will be for the longer term.
Were there to be an offer there will probably be another. Enjoy the journey as the only way we can lose is if we go bust, and the odds are against that imo.

Gold is good of course but we have a massive portfolio of copper interests and copper is much more practical going forward.
The current MC in my opinion in no way reflects the potential value we have in our copper assets. Even the large prospect which we have or are negotiating a sale will result in a large cash/asset inflow. And if it don't come off then I don't think CB will be too unhappy.

If HRnet wish to bid they could possibly talk to another large holder to secure their holding. At this stage I cannot see an offer from another large holder but HRnet will, IMO make a move shortly.

More positive interest so its about time CB gave us an update. Alistar Ford was upbeat on Proactive a little while ago and things seem to be shaping up well with the investments.

Although the first half was good and the special dividend was positive the figures will be a little disappointing when they are announced. But importantly it will be the potential they see in the coming year as there has been a lot of work placed and to be placed by the public sector to get the economy going again. Large contractors have been picking up new work and such projects will need the quality of staff we place. So for me it will be the potential for staff ineeded n the sector and I feel it could be a busy time ahead.

A flurry of interest - I know we have a few problems with COVID but we seem to have come off a fair bit this last few months and with stimulation for the build and engineering sector to drive the economy forward I am a little surprised at the low price.
We have a good name and would think we will be placing candidates into the sector over the coming months. MC less than £5m

Problem is that the realisation of the potential is a fair way down the road and further funds may be needed

The sale of Ferber and Glenover, that are really non core, either one or both, would provide substantial funds to develop other prospects in Africa. I am sure wie will see a disposal in the next few weeks.

I agree and I can see many of our investments outperforming in the coming weeks. PJ will grab any positive news he can as his main objective is the get the sp much higher - he has gone live with that in most of his interviews and I am sure he will succeed.
