Interesting - having just bought in and considered the investment TSI has in We shop I have wondered if We Shop would in fact reverse into TSI. It would quite easy for TSI to sell down their investments in the resource sector given that buoyant market at the moment, and importantly it would be a cost effective way to market for We Shop.

As I have posted if for whatever reason the Mankayan deal does not complete I am sure that CB will not be too concerned given the current resource market. No doubt there will be other offers lining up.

I think these are due soon so I guess a loss of about £60m can be expected due to No 19 but a surge in profits to about £150m for the full year. SP may not reflect this in the short term which may lead to a bid post the interim figures.

This looks very professional and tells us to expect PR and a lot of news flow during the next three months. So adding or buying in, if not in at 0.4 could be a potential winner after such a long wait. First thing should be VSA doing a broker note and the LSE board flagging any RNS rather than leave it to Aquis.

I think their will be more employers looking for part timers and more people looking for more flexible work and perhaps more than one job. We will know a bit more in the next week or so when the interims are anounced.

Good news at last We have a quality neighbour as well and as you say Boogles we can expect progressive news over the coming months. What we need now is some good PR to put us on the resource map and for VSA to provide a broker note to better explain the prospects we have and of course any potential.

Don't know too much about TSI but seems to have massive potential with its Weshop investment and some interesting for sale investments in the resource sector which is in vogue at the moment. Anyone know a bit?

Better management, they know their way around and have skin in the game. Also looking for acquisitions.

A little suprised that there has been no news especially in a positive resourse sector.

The resourse sector is biginnng to boil so perhaps we can expect some news shortly - no doubt a raise will be on the agenda.

Any doubt about PPC have a read of Malcys recent blog and it is clear what he feels about the sp. The forcoming interims should be encouraging news.

As already posted have a read of Malcys blog and however difficult forget about Rose as she has changed her name.

I don't think it is a consolidation as such but more to align the par value to the sp. They cannot issue shares when they stand below the pv. The deferred shares will have no value.
