Interesting dannawinner but I must confess I did not realise BR had passed away a year ago and a bit suprised not mentioned by CB in his annual report. But I feel TIR has now changed and we can expect more activity, more liquidity in the shares as they will probably issue stock for acqusitions. No doubt the shares held by the estate of BR will find new investors and may well have done given a year has passed.

No JD, I have not seen anything yet and I wonder if things will be held up due to current events. Having said that the acquisition should be good for us and should get a fair following. A couple of months perhaps?

Good to see Ellis as CEO. He built Harvey Nash into a leading recruiter and will now be doing the same here.
Very acceptable numbers and we could benefit from the current environment not withstanding the problems of it.

Half year numbers are late. Nothing going on as far as trade is concerned so what's the delay. Not very impressed with this lack of communication. Will we survive - we need substantial funds injected that will only dilut.

No doubt we will get a massive Introduction document ahead of the meeting giving us full details of BrandShield, together with projections etc. So I guess it will be several weeks before our shares are restored and I wonder if there will be a share consolidation and if we can participate in any additional raise. Don't know anything about BS regarding history and current or recent trading but no doubt this will all be forthcoming in the document. Many someone on this board can provide a bit more information that is not already on our website.

If anyone gets a chance take a look at TIR where it looks as if Colin Bird is shaping Tiger to do a PJ. Tiger has more than doubled its mc following a raise of £500k a few days ago and is looking to do a couple of deals by October - interview with Zak on Share Talk.

I am inclined to agree and expect to see the sp back up to 50p plus in the coming weeks. That would be a MC of about £60m for a business with a T/O in excess of £1.2bn

Also the CEO of BS has recently joined the Board of WeShop.

BrandShield want the quote and TSI looks to be the vehicle. Interestingly we already have some 20pc so I'm not expecting too much dilution. We also have an interest in WeShop and I think we could see them joining the group once BS has been digested. Also we have some very valuable resourse investments which should be sold off in the coming months.

Quite like clean shells but sp to cash and other assets look a bit rich at the moment.in my view.

I wish LSE would introduce a system that flags up any RNS that arrives during the day. At the moment you have to trawl through each holding in your portfolio to make sure you don't miss any late RNS

Good but profit only in line with the second half of last year notwithstanding large increase in turnover.

£53K in 3 buys yesterday and today, with other largish buys before - seems positive to me.

I am new to MCLS but looking at the trades over the past couple of weeks there has been some quite large buys and that does not happen on a regular basis unless value is seen.
