I doubt you will see 7.5 and it will probably close above 9p. Too much potential IMO for a low MC especially in the very prospective area they are covering.

Me too - the 45 days and probably less will run out very quickly and there could be a broker note or a press release that will put sub 10p (£11m cap) in the "If I only had" box.

A little and small selling which one could expect but once this has been absorbed the sp will move on

10p would not be unreasonable IMO. They are not fools and if the deal comes of Lenigas will have a stake and he knows his way around. NQ Minerals is his baby and that is now looking to move from NEX to a main market.

I still feel that an offer will be made unless the sp can get nearer the 50p level. Perhaps a group like BATS would be tempted. What would be helpful is a positive trading update from the company.

So the 45 day option will take us to about 20th November. Given that those in who wish to top up at current levels and those thinking about buying in don't have a long time to make a decision. However one thing to take on board is that if there is a positive outcome then any decision could be made during the next couple of weeks. What a dilemma but seems as if anyone wants in then early commitment may be wise.

At current levels you have to wonder how many warrant/option holders may wish to exercise to offload. Do you think that any new investors would look to double their money and need to see a value of £30m. I have been here a long time, feel CB is worth following and am well invested in TIR which has a fair number of BZT and other CB companies.

MC about £7m and have just raised£1m. The JV in Australia with POW could be worth more than that so another raise is not out of the question. But having just raised and knowing they may need more why did they not do it at the same time? Is it the JV that will need the cash?

I still feel that 30 November is ample time and with the current appetite for the sector we should see a strong advance in this sp. Let's hope that all involved see imence value in a deal.

With the prospects, potential and the management we have I feel a MC of nearer £7 - £8m could be justified against the £4m we currently have. The BOD are clearly putting a major resourse company together and you can bet that the 50pc holders of BritNrg are not putting their money into a modest oil producer.

Last week we saw a bit of a re rate but the best is yet to come. The oil and gas SPV is likely to be an enormous player in the market place and we can expect the vehicle to grow quickly. We can also expect early growth and acqusitions from the very capable management who's knowledge is perhaps one of the best in the sector. I expect to see the MC very much higher by the end of the year and for the company using its stock to further growth.
