It looks as though AP has played us like a fiddle and the rest of the incompetent board have been useless/toothless.
Does anyone one know the constitution of the company and when and if the board come up for re-election, should be a few rotating after the AGM?

They are always working hard, even a Fool spotted AP on a weekend messing with the digger and handling a spool of black cable purported to be new supply line for BP. Such good samaritans our bod sacrificing their weekends for us shareholders.

OK- they can't tell us who the "investor" is and it is up to them to to do the TR1. Surely they can tell us if the SRK report has been completed and if and when it is going to be published. The report was funded with shareholders money with the specific purpose of publicising and verifying the resources to existing and potential new investors- the original timescale given was 4-5 weeks from end of May, we are in the 11th week from end of May- No don't tell me Mr. Hall there is a NDA on SRK report as well!

IDmor- Agree this next week is going to define wether the Management is able to realise the value from assets in a timely manner.

2p. very refreshing to see that a bod taking shareholders views seriously even if they differ from that of the bod.

I suppose they have until close of play to report on Tr1. lets what transpires for the rest of the day- if there is non forthcoming then the AIM regulator needs to be tapped as it clearly states in the rns "investor" and it clearly is over the thresh-hold for reporting.

Lee what are your feelings on getting a Tr1 and a bonafide II having taken a notifiable position in Vast.

On that largely agree but they can take advantage of opportunities presented by official requirement but largely meaningless Warrant conversion rns's or even attaching a couple of sentences on progress being made.

TL: very good question one would have thought if it was Legit II, we would be shouting aloud and naming them as it would come out in a TR1- as it is we have to read between the lines and form our opinions whether to trust what the bod are saying is accurate and what degree of latitude to ascribe to their statements- past record is miserable to say the least. Hoping for a positive but need to watch one's back with AP in charge.

I suppose we are beginning to get an answer by the looks of sells just above the issue price.

TerryL- the rns did state "investor" and not investors, so logically it is a single entity.

Can someone enlighten on the timescale for issuing a Tr1. Assuming the placing shares came to the register on Tuesday should there be a Tr1 by close of play by the end of today, assuming that the II investor has held to all their shares?

Volume very low today - seems to be a stalemate to see what kind of rns breaks the shackles.

We should know within next few days whether we have a genuine long term institutional investor or not in the next 48hrs.

Does any one know if CAML is part of the Woodford portfolio?

YL- completely agree, I think shorting through borrowing of shares should be banned, it is distructive short term mechanism that rewards spivs.

Is there a concerted effort being made to increase the volume to sell into the placing shares to avoid a Tr1 or are we going to see a genuine uplift from here onwards? whats the betting on a TR1 in the next few days.

Or alternatively they could sell on a few percentage point profit to bring themselves below 3% to avoid having to reveal themselves in a Tr1- It depends what kind of outfit is the so called investor.

It seems there is some sort of endurance test as to how long they can go on to regurgitate same stuff without signing anything- living on rhetoric.
