As a borrower you need to tie it with your business plan and as they have said there are alternative lenders they are working in parallel.

Thanks Piker- It's quite evident that what AP says needs to be taken with a large pinch of salt. I hope when the begging bowl come around next time, genuine shareholders stand up and demand concessions in the form of personal changes and remuneration package alterations from the bod as a price for increase in headroom.

I too voted against previous resolutions to increase headroom, but i guess the only skill the bod here have is in manipulating and blackmailing PI's into submission and they get away with it time after time.

How much headroom have they got left- I am not going to vote for an increase and hopefully other shareholders don't either.

The words AP and the rns used was investors, to give certainty to valuations- So if I say I am a financier ( which I could be as a PI) will I be able to have a peek at it?

Almost approaching the 1st anniversary of dd on Marange diamond fields and agreement with HC- despite having raised many millions there is no sign of progress on this. I don't know how the bod can sign their own pay for the past 12months, everything project is 3 steps back from where we were 12months ago.
