Dodge: When we had the final license granted for BP, I couldn't understand why the share price didn't shoot up despite AP suggesting all systems including financing was sorted and we would be mining/producing from BP by Feb 19- I thought the market was stupid and the company was grossly undervalued. We know now that the market knew a lot more and it had cottoned on to all the fibs. The trucks at Manaila a complete bs, brings into question the role of the Nomad.

Piker- There are two facts pertaining to Vast: 1. there are people making money from trading Vast . 2. Those making money from vast are not genuine long term investors. Everything else is a mystery.

Some manipulation going on again 27m buy and then cancelled immediately, not familiar with this kind of stuff is it "layering" to look there is demand?

There is no aggressiveness on my part, but from where I am sitting as a long term investor, in the last 18 months there has not been a basic business financial planning or risk assessment of the plans, hence the precarious state the company is at the moment. Some would say I should have sold out and the same exact people would again say more time should be given, I am critical of the management because I am part owner of the company and the people I as shareholder to manage the company have failed- I do not see how genuine shareholders regard as that to be deramping. the price is at rock bottom and even if it goes lower I don't wish to risk any further at the moment, so there is no reason to be de-ramping the share, the management have single handedly managed that without any help required from elsewhere.

So by your logic we need to have managed Apple and Rolls Royce to utter a word against our super Bod- by the way our CEO from his biography before having taken his place at Vast has experience of only being an Estate Agent and a Metals Trader- that in itself is of no issue to me if he can prove himself but he doesn't then all shareholders should be concerned, it is after all that pays their wages, they've had a fair crack of the whip if can't do the job move on. This is not a charitable organisation but a business with the objective of providing returns to shareholders.

For those people returning to to the this discussion board thanks for graceing it with your insight- so I take it that the share price is at record lows because of a few criticising the inept performance of the board thus far!
From my own experience the only beneficiary's of this company have been those who've have not trusted AP and have sold out and bought back at various points including so called institutions. All long term investors who have backed the board have been let down by the board and it would take a massive uplift just to be breaking even, I as one of the long term holders am hoping hoping that in the next few weeks that the boards promised land arrives, however, if it doesn't then will support who ever is trying to bring a change at board level, because the current board would have failed miserably.

Dodge- not a twitteriti myself, since you've mentioned it, care to share whats been uttered in that sphere just for curiosity and some amusement.

Fantasy- intend to keep core holding of 10-12m throughout so count that amount into the pool- the only condition I will support increase in headroom is if Moritz, Tucker, and Prelea move aside and future directors contracts entail a provision that as a minimum 45% of their fees are used to buy from the market and these purchases are tied in for a minimum of 3years. That also there well defined and worked out budget/strategy for the headroom increase.

Ariel - yesterday we had a similar 32m trades which were reported cancelled in the afternoon and and a 32.4 million clear sell appeared afterwards, I can only conclude from this that it was made to look like a rollover but it was a clear sell. We will have to see by the close of play or even tomorrow wether it is a similar pattern with the two 26m trades- but as they say once bitten twice shy.

Cast- that is the main issue "if" and "when", if they leave it long enough to make decisions events may overtake their 'perfect planning'- hunger and destitution can and often does lead to anarchy. One hopes that those in power see the need for urgent action to address the economic plight of the people.
Dodge reluctantly beginning to agree with your analysis of the patterns, all I hope when they come again for request for headroom increase the shareholders demand a price in the form of some heads rolling before they give a go-ahead if at all.
lets hope it doesn't come to that and our surmising is wrong- let AP prove us wrong in the morning with a rns stating all funding sorted and HC signed and sealed with a photo of him on the twitter picking up a giant diamond off the Marange ground. happy dreams all.

If they are not imminent about shortly, the natives will be in arms and over throw them- they need to get the economy going pronto, there I've increased the vocabulary for AP to pass on and patent it.
