When do we expect to get the permit? It looks as though the company has to decide if the ATS process is commercial and then they would submit to the authorities new information for final approval, would be good to get some form of time scale for this.

If the conditions precedent had not been met, surely they would know and would have rns'd by now to extendthe long stop date. I think there is every likely to receive a positive news tomorrow.

Sue Farr wasn't she appointed to the board in April this year? if so give her a few weeks at least.

Interesting, it seems that CORO are going to be doing the solar and wind for the hydrogen project.

Last year the q1 report was published on the 13th of April-this year’s should be due soon.

Surely they’ve had 6months to put out a notice to creditors. They can’t have new claims coming after the new financial arrangement being approved by shareholders.

Need to ask a question regarding what’s the stumbling block on thar, given all the conditions are in our favour. What’s holding these projects up.

They need to issue a holding statement to satisfy/clarify AIM protocol I would have thought!

4d was suspended on 24 June, therefore they need to issue a statement by 24th December the latest regarding its position to remain or not on AIM.

Would vote against, but shareholders don't have a say. It's been very cleverly engineered by OF and who ever they are working with.
