A few snippets from the annual report: ''DMH production line expected to deliver samples before end 2023- volume ramp-up early next year- several customers in latter stages of sampling these products for potentially high volume applications.''

It finally looks like 2024 is the year that this company breaks out- I won't guess at the share price, but I think it will be at a few multiples of the current.

The most important lesson I've learned is timing your investment. I think the time for CPX has arrived, having built up a portfolio of intellectual property and expended significant amounts of cash in doing so, it is on the cusp of realizing this investment. the new management is focused on selling products into an expanding market. Hence I continue to build this into my portfolio. Don't look into the past, look to the future. There could be some small bumps on the way, but on the whole prospects are much better for the next few months and years in this space.

The risk-reward here is extremely in favor of the reward. even if the company is unsuccessful in court, it still recieves monies in settlement and legal costs.

MMA99- thanks for the response. I've not followed CPX for a few years and lost track of the legal cases. I think the company may be on the cusp of a big re-rate. capital expended time for the returns in the next few months and years hopefully.

Just paid 1.43p, this may do 70-100% by close. any way a good risk-reward scenario over the next couple of months.

Look at the research report, the company is expecting the option and warrants to be exercised at some point for its contribution.

1st point the company is not Aim

2nd point the 1st million is in lieu of the company using money from its own funds to arrive at a milestone, the next million will be called for when the next milestone is hit and this will continue until the total 5m is used, hopefully as the milestones are hit the share price should rise and hit levels which allow the exercise of warrants and options. That's how I read the story unfolding here.

Is the 1m trade @ 14.51.34 a buy or sell? That may explain why the price has been held around this level!

Their intention is to raise further funding through the exercise of options and warrants. That’s my reading of the situation and this was mentioned in one of the research reports.

4.84 is a buy price, next week should have confirmation of 1st installment of grant money.

I was expecting a warrant exercise rns, but I suppose they are still in a closed period until they receive the 1st tranch of the grant.Hopefully we get update on upgrading to spg status of the concentrate soon as well.

This company ticks all the boxes for me- astute management, a commodity in demand and lots of it, and superpower government underwriting it.

Guys Bre is not AIM listed but main market.
