Tony-If I can butt in, I thought it was similar to the previous presentation. They responded to questions fairly and clearly. It again explained why they didn't/ couldn't take the debt route to the previous acquisitions. Going into the future they do not intend to go the equity route for any further acquisitions but have established themselves with sufficient reputation to be able to muster appropriate debt. Simonette, I think they have a major drilling campaign next year and that could be a company maker in it's own right. Just a few of the points that stick in my mind.

If the shares are lent, as in the case of shorters- who is entitled to the open offer shares- is it those that have borrowed or the original lender of shares? can someone enlighten?

2.5p is a minimum, they had a placing at that price a few weeks back and it was to partly to clear convertible funding- so me thinks some sort of corporate action is likely.

The trading pattern over the last 5 days or so is hinting at controlled buying, I would not be surprised at all if some Russian or Chinese entity is not attempting to take a controlling stake at this cheap price.

Ya37- either by cheque or a bank transfer, I am sure the finance department at PFC is well versed in carrying out these sorts of transaction- they will sure allude to it in their interim statement.

They didn't buy, the shares were bought for them by the company as part of their remuneration package. There is the Interim results pending, I suspect they will be able to buy after its publication on their own accord.

Some concerted effort by the shorts to exit with a modicum of respectability around 170p I suspect.

Interims due and suspect directors are itching to get them published and the buy at these prices.

Yes thanks for confirming, weird went back reverted to 4.10, went back for the 4th time and is showing 3.81%. The reduction I suspect is from yesterday's action, we'll know on Monday how much further they have reduced today.
