Just imagine if DS had been paid in full by snpc..... how would he of got rid of the money as it seems he had no intention of drilling just grinding us down.
If as he said that when he left we were fully funded to drill someone spent a lot of money in a very short time.

I bet ICON are over the moon that he will have nothing to do with their future financing plans!!!!!

I am also sure that he has every confidence in the BOD of AAOG, that’s why we have to get rid of some of them!!!!!!!

Skittish, as sarah is stand in chairman does she not have the power to fire who she wishes, if she got rid of a few and they decided to take a case of unfair dismissal that may bring everything out in the open, but I doubt they would. I think they would just trot off to atog and be glad their reputation is still a little in tact.

The best thing Sarah cope could do would be to appoint Alexander MacDonald & Matt Thompson to the board of directors, it let’s her off the hook and they could do their thing. Saves an EGM and money we don’t have......or has she something to hide and is trying to conceal it at any cost?

And add doodlebug with the initials DS or JB!!!!!!!!

Lucy there could well of been other interests but now the current bod want this co closed down ASAP and ride away into the sunset. However little chance align may have to revive us I trust they will do some digging and throw some mud. If they could also raise some cash and negotiate a better deal all the better.

I have voted no because the board said they were looking at a number of offers and we weren’t shown any others than the zen deal which is rubbish.

I voting to remove the board as I feel they were all in on it and I want someone to go in and look at the books and see where all these millions have gone.

I have visions of a certain person who was meant to be sorting out payment from SNPC making an off the cuff comment like “ we will probably never get a drill turning again but I am here to request payment anyway”.

Then go and set up a finance deal knowing the share price will fall to close the company down. Go and set up elsewhere bring in a load of suckers and buy aaog for a song as he knows what is under the ground..

Makes one shudder. What we need is a new CEO that rightly has a personal grudge against a certain person.

Hopefully the offer from zen is just the opening gambit and further interests will appear .

Zen own their own 1,200 hp rig and seem to have an experienced drilling team,unlike our shower of drill operators. Hopefully this deal will go through and both companies do well out of it.

I note angela is not invested in zen either and she doesn’t like them. I just wonder where she is invested and does she ever post on there boards or is all here time taken up here.
