We are now dissolved all because our financial director did not publish the annual returns.

Any directors of the company face a ban as a director of any company for a period of 3 to 12 years and a heavy fine.

I expected this board to be removed any time soon .

Years ago we had a whale of a time in gruissan , a night out with The Captain was great, I can still see him staggering home to the boat after many pints of Guinness and a few choice whiskeys , happy days (:-)

Crusty, that brought back fond memories of the captain, he got banned for 2 week . Bet it’s hot in your part of the world.

I live very close to one of the oldest and largest copper mines in Europe that was shut down in the 18th century. Ireland is rich in minerals which has hardly exploited.

The accounts only need to account for the £200,000 that Sara Cope managed to take from Zennith and that’s all as we are not trading. I assume Paul Forrest could do the accounts during lunch break so why the reluctance to publish then and keep us alive to fight another day ?

If they would only publish the end of year accounts it would stave off this issue, why are they not doing this ?

The Registrar of Companies gives notice that, unless cause is shown to the contrary, the Company will be struck off the register and dissolved not less than 2 months from the date shown above.

Upon the Company's dissolution, all property and rights vested in, or held in trust for, the Company are deemed to be bona vacantia, and will belong to the crown.

Paul Forrest put money into the company and hold a position as a director. The latest accounts have not been published hence the compulsory strike off. Not only will he loose his money but risks being banned from being a director of any company for up to 15 years.

Hoops. I have now reached retirement age and plan to give the garden a full makeover, however years ago I gave The Prof all my spades and pickaxes , I asked him for them back , he said no as he now urgently needs them. I wonder what for ?

Yep still here, getting older and older, but I won’t let them beat me. Lots of whiskey has passed under the bridge. Enjoying life between Ireland and lanzarote.

Perhaps he needs the money to pay the fine for not posting the year end accounts on time. They were due 31st march.

Happy new year Joe I am just fine. Don’t write this off just yet, this month we should get the annual confirmation statement and end of year results ( which we’re delayed for six months) which could give us some idea where Mr. Forrest may take us.

Sorry to tell you that at this time you are unable to sell your shares here as they are not listed on a trading platform and have zeroed value. However things could change in the future. Hope that helps.
