Hello gmcc and greetings from a wet and cold Ireland.

I was convinced that when you said that you were off to Australia and we heard nothing more from you that you were appearing in I am a celebrity get me out of here. Curious, good question that again opens a can of worms. As I see things but have really nothing to back it up, but here goes.

12 Berkeley Square I assume is an accommodation address which company’s can use giving a telephone answering service and an impressive letter head address. Nothing wrong with this and makes good finical sense. These services cost between £350 to £700 per month depending on the service required.

Now on to even deeper conspiracies that could well have some truth. As we know aaog spent a large amount of cash doing DD on atog without shareholders knowing and when it was exposed DS left the company. A new NEC was going to be appointed but to date has not been.

Perhaps DS left aaog to set up atog and would have no one to answer to especially us shareholders. If this project is viable and some backing was raised an amalgamation could be formed between the two Company’s and DS would again take his vacant place on the board returning as hero.

Just a thought. AAOG are waiting for a rig from a super major not far away from us. They should be aware of our side track and what is there, knowing the cos is very high and plans for up to 10 further wells.

They decided to buy out some or all of our operations giving shareholders a one off divided or shares in atog.
