I am expecting an RNS Monday morning canceling the EGM and proposed vote after the revaluations yesterday. Surely the news would have an impact on votes already cast in favor of the ZEN offer.

No5. A new BOD who will look at the accounts and find out where the hell all the money went.

The BOD over the last 12 months have been a total disaster and every move the have made has been a bad one. Now when share holders clearly don’t want the ZEN deal the board who have between them not 1 penny invested between them can use ii,s shares to vote against them.

The 3 board members want to bump the company at any cost, hand it over to ATOG and then sit on that board.........near criminal.

It doesn’t look like ZEN shareholders are keep on the deal either, trust they also will vote it out.
They are 10% down on the RNS this morning.

I think ZEN are jumping the gun a little.

Truthfactory, if zen increases their offer the EGM will have to be canceled as many have already voted on the existing offer. To be honest it would not be hard to improve on their opening gambit.

If this letter is ignored or rejected we will then know that there are still members of the board that are still loyal to our departed X chairman and only wish this company and its assets to end up in his pocket. Could be an interesting week.

I feel that the EGM should be cancelled for at least a week so that any proposals that come in can be viewed and then voted on. The zen deal was rushed through far too quickly for my liking. Let’s see if any further offers pop up this week.

Perhaps SNPC found out there was a crook in the mix long before we did and just stopped paying.

I have seen some of the communication that JB sent to certain people and was made privy to it a week or so ago, I suggested that it was not made public as it would be extremely valuable if a court case arose . So anyone who does have anything of that nature please don’t post it.

And I mean everyone, I have enjoyed my year on the board even if I did not agree with some. It’s been a tough end of the year for me and I am not talking about the state of AAOG. Good luck one and all and I leave you with this .

An auction room is dead with only one bidder, two makes it interesting and three or more makes it electric.

I also was wrong, I put my cash in and believed the chairman had the intrest of the company and shareholders as a priority as it should be, infact it was the total opposite so I shall vote any way I can to stop him getting his hands on our assets.

I think that the paragraph about forensic examination of accounts could deter a few members of the board into accepting this offer, why no RNS from the company yet?
