There is much speculation here and very little if any can be backed up with any certainty. So here is my take on things as we stand.

Zenith have no intention of getting in here and never did. Now I don’t know if Sarah was using them as a stalling tactic but I think she is. Our accounts seem to be sacred as 30 odd million would be easy to locate,so zen served a purpose, they blocked Align from getting in and used this as an excuse to release a few bonds. These bonds if they are ever sold will be used to prop up zenith so it’s win win for them.

Our BOD meanwhile are drawing large salaries and pension payments as we have no income, but no one is it seems sniffing around trying to see the books. So forum and align need to make a move and buy the lot out just before we go bust for a song. The FCA are looking into this company and the damage has been done, CV’s will need some creative rewriting and miracles do happen.

So zen is buying out an oil major who was producing 1000 barrels a day, they are not buying us or lots of porky’s are being told.

So glad you enjoyed you stay, certainly a beautiful part of the world. Alas we shall not be going over in the near future as Mrs.mouse became rather ill in November and spent all of Christmas in hospital, se is out now but will need at least 12 months recovery and flying is a no no. So with aaog in December it has not been a great time for me. However I have done as much as I could behind the scenes and some of it looks like it is paying off.
I am still holding here and will battle on as the assets are worth it, but my retirement in Lanzarotte seem in doubt, but hey hoy I live in a beautiful part of the world already and Mrs.mouse is slowly getting better.

They should have been booted out 3 weeks ago as their previous decision in running this company have been disastrous.

I feel there is a consortium who are collecting share up to a level just below the tr1 declaration led by someone who knows exactly what we have. So many sells recently and no apparent buyers but they have orders in the background. At some stage these buys will show up and that will be the starting pistol and the games will begin. Odds of 5to1 the new ceo will have some connection to DS.
