With the price of oil today perhaps a shell company is a safe haven in this storm. Let’s have the gm vote ASAP and get zeniths cash if they still have any and them sit tigh.

The sooner we get zenith’s cash the better if they are in a position to cough up. Then we can move on. I don’t know what is on the horizon but hopefully it will be better managed than the past. Forum can’t wait to get rid of Congo, if there was any value there DS and JB would not have done a runner either. The Congo is a money pit and will never produce a drop of oil, I am glad to see the back of it and ready to move on.
If the share price crashes on this news as a lot of folks will not understand the benefits of lt I shall buy some more and wait a while.

Zenith will drop as a letter of intent is not worth a flying f..., also look at the conditions of it, sounds like something DS would come up with. They are on a pump and dump.

We are on day 12 of our self inflicted lock down due to my wife’s illness, luckily we live out of town and have a bit of land. So far the kitchen has been painted, the cars washed and polished and now intend to clean out my workshop.

To be honest I don’t care which way the vote goes as zenith don’t have the money to pay us and will default and their share price is only going one way. Sarah made it very difficult for us to vote last time so I shan’t bother this time.
My word Align’s offer must have been bad to be rejected for this one.

I hope that our new board will make sure that if (when) zenith miss one of their monthly payments we are well taken care of and the asset it returned to us immediately. I don’t think for one minute that zenith will honor the agreement and I would demand cash upfront or walk away.
