This RNS I would say is a lucky escape.

Due to the current restrictions imposed by the Government of the Republic of the Congo in respect of Covid-19, the Company's auditor is unable to conduct the audit of the Company's former subsidiary Anglo African Oil & Gas Congo ("AAOGC"). As AAOGC was a material subsidiary in the context of the group accounts to 31 December 2019, the Company's auditor will also be unable to sign off on the Company's group accounts until the audit of AAOGC has been completed. The Government of the Republic of the Congo has applied a 3 month extension to the deadline for companies to submit accounts for the year ending December 2019 from the end of May 2020 to the end of August 2020 to allow work to be completed at a time when it is hoped restrictions have been lifted.

Good morning, as a shell company we could end up on a shelf in the camen islands.....hope they hold the agm there.

The way the trading is going I assume that forum are in no hurry to announce anything at the moment. Someone is buying chunks (million plus) when the share price has been dropped down, and after hours buys are showing up. Mates rates before news maybe?

And I am only being flippant, most of us here have great expectations from forum who are large shareholders. The share price at the moment could explode with the right news, but still a gamble and not yet an investment. Hope that helps.

This will give you an insight of what a shell company is. What will be put into us is anyone’s guess but hopefully not oil or Africa because after nearly 10 years of investing I am tired of this sector and look forward to something different . Interesting times,mega high risk as our direction is unknown but could be very exciting and profitable.

The comment about the share price rise is fairly standard, seen it many times before. The company is not yet ready to release news and it is supposed to quell any rumors that are going around. Take no notice of it there are no hidden agendas.

Evening wraith, my patio is full of trolls if you remember but still useful. We are on week 8 of lockdown but can travel up to 5 kilometers which is a blessing as we can now get to the most amazing national park where before we were restricted to 2 kilometers and got tired of walking our local road.
