I think align have a very good case for an investigation now, this shell co was the lowest bidder has no assets and no shareholder backing. Enough is enough, investigate and remove the board and prosecute if required before any mor damage is done.

AAOG must have spent a lot of money (about 2.8 million) on DD for ATOG, then the chairman and CEO defect to ATOG leaving us to pick up the tab. John

I think we all know where the money went, and if align get it they will prove it.

If I were Miton I would be rather angry that some or all of my injected cash had gone to pay redundancy money to directors who then joined ATOG.

Skittish. The BOD of any company have a legal and moral obligation to act in shareholders interests, so hopefully Align can work some magic this week and the board ( who have not one penny invested themselves) will cast their proxy vote in our and the long term favor of AAOG.
