I had an email from him last night and he asked me to pass on his best wishes to everyone and he said he misses the crack on the board. He has returned to the UK and is at home and tells me he is being very well looked after,but not feeling up to contributing on the board.

So may I post the first smiley face to him for the day.

Drewky...hows about salary linked to income received?

Crusty, hence my question put forward.
The board state the pay rises were not proformance related they were in line with industry average.

My question is. What is the average pay rise for directors of a listed Co.that has lost over 60% of its share price in the last 12 months?

It is a shame the can’t issue us with the relevant certification within three days in stead of three decades.

I don’t think any material news will be announced at the AGM, if there is any it will be made known before hand. Usually during an AGM a RNS is release with results of votes as they know the result before hand.

I remember the good old days when this board was used by interested parties to research and discuss points of view,a splash of humor and questions were asked and answered. Now a days it is just a trail of slanging matches and point scoring.
