I asked Carmaco last week if the EGM would be held in Dublin as the last meeting was held in London and they alternate between the two. I was told nothing has been decided but think it will be London as it is an EGM. I hope as many as possible can attend and fill the room. What the heck, let’s have a party that evening whatever the share price, how about a BBQ in Leicester Square ?

Small but interesting, a local factory over here is recruiting 50 people as they are changing production. For the last 20 years they have been making starter motors and alternators for the car industry. They are now changing production to on board charging units for EV’s.

On a slightly different tack, some of us on here have over the years bought at sub 1p, as this is clearly not a make a million over night share I wonder if we will get the chance again. Start saving up, a bargain is about. Still waiting patiently.

Exciting times ahead, yes but not this week please, still have a few more to buy but can’t till mid week, then it can do as it wishes.

Solo had in the past played second fiddle to Aminex and now our position has greatly improved to a very strong point, I would like to see borrowing to fund the share of the drilling as I am in no hurry to draw any cash out. H1 could if all goes well be very exciting and an excellent mid term punt. HH, well let’s wait and see, but I do have faith in it.

I have always held a much larger holding in AEX than Solo but I must say Solo is now grabbing my intrest, let the share price do as it wants,time will tell, but the next few months could be fun. A definite hold for me.

Tanzania has introduced several new laws in recent years ahead of any large-scale ramp-up in production and activity at all points on the value chain. The Petroleum Act of 2015 is the new umbrella law for the sector, which among other key steps detached the regulatory role from TPDC to make it a standalone national oil company. It is the only entity that can be granted petroleum rights, and has the stated ambition of maintaining a minimum of 25% interest in any venture, as well as serving as the gas aggregator. Under the 2015 reforms, licences are issued by the Ministry of Energy. As of late 2017 the published contract terms are modelled as production-sharing agreements. In Tanzania these contracts cover exploration activity as well as any future production.
