Morning all.

After looking at this over the week end and let it cool down a tad, time for reflection. Before the RNS it turns out that we had very little going for us, no wonder they told us nothing!,,,

Now The Zubs will have a larger holding I expect to be better informed and to some extent managed and a regular news flow would be welcome.

I honestly feel that a share holders uprising,is point less and would cause us more harm than good. Of course I am angry about pay rises, I say let them now earn them. Onwards and upwards I say.

Just 2 points I wish to make.

Do we have anywhere enough shares between us to make a hoot of difference?

As we were in such a mess before the deal, no licence,no income and no money to do anything and this the only deal about, is it so bad.

We could demand that the board members who got high pay rises return them, but doubt it would work. Getting a group together is fine if a difference can be made but pointless if it cant.

Malcy is going to drop a blog today, let’s see what as an outsider has to say, he will either dump us or back us. Heads or tails?

That none of us know yet, but you can bet your boots it will be much sooner than if we were doing it ourselves.

Good point IrishJohnny. As I see it us PIs don’t have enough shares to block the farm out so it is already a done deal. This being so lots can start moving on now and start finally moving into action. Our farm in partners now have a window to show us what we can do and prove to us that the deal is a good one for all of us.

Please could we all,now look to the future and leave the murky past behind us.

I trust we will still be on the list, it would not surprise me if he said we were in the most secure position to move on than we have ever been in.

Solo Oil
Following the Aminex announcement earlier this week Solo has said that it is ‘reviewing’ its own position in the project although believes that the AEX move is a positive development. It also says that it is in discussions with potential financing partners and more interestingly ‘in parallel with the ongoing marketing process for Solo’s interest in the project’. This confirms, if confirmation was needed, that Solo cannot afford to finance the project and the current shake-up at the company is at last bringing with it a large dose of realism.

Also in the announcement the company say they are waiting for testing at Horse Hill and that there is a shake-up of the board which sees the departure of current Executive Chairman Neil Ritson. Recent moves at Solo indicate that at long last the company is being shaken up and given this morning’s share price move, much appreciated by its shareholders.

You won’t hear anything from the AGM until the morning, as per last year off for a few beers and dinner and digest the meeting. Don’t worry it will all kick off again in the morning.

Both solo and AEX have rocketed.

At 2pm Brian Hall will announce the receipt of the 25 year Licence and the bid on the farm out, tell us that KN1 is sorted and producing more gas than the country can use,and we have discovered the largest oil find in east Africa.. That would cheer us all up a tad.

Yep, we are good at breaking records.
