The EGM is a pivotal milestone. If before then we get some solid news, not “we hope to or plan in the future” I mean real progress with some proof to back it up I shall stand up and vote yes. If another party happened to make it known that they would pay X amount for the same offer and had not discussed it with AEX that would not be breaking any rules. So if the vote did not go through we would have somewhere else to go.

So if there are any super majors out there, the sold sign is not up yet.

Binding as far as I know means it can’t be adjusted or offered to anyone else until voted on. If however the vote is against it can be re negotiati if both party’s wish or new bidders could come in.
