TT. This has been on my watch list for some time, I do have a knack of spotting a bargain and seeing real potential, unfortunately I seem to be unlucky and hold on a tad too long, lessons learned so onwards and upwards. This one as with a few others should hold some excitement over the next few months. Good luck one and all.

TarryBreeks, and the BOD will be responsible for the share price when we start finally drilling and become the first to find oil in Tanzania. A real possibility before Christmas.

Apache,, I recon you are the kind of chap who if they found a large gold ingot on the pavement on the way home would complain it was to heavy to carry home, you scallywag.

rxdav, you are correct AEX is not the stock it used to be, it now has a cornerstone investor who is taking nearly all the risk. They also have massive political and financial clout and a great knowledge of the industry, not many small MC companies can boast that.

Apache, you say buying Aminex shares was a huge mistake, I think selling them now would be an even bigger one, but you know best.

Can we please get this board back to how it should be. Many of the regular posters have dwindled away in the last few months and it would be nice to see them back, a bit of normality would be welcome.

LT. I never thought I would hold more shares than you did, how things change. I have little faith in our BOD but have great faith in The Zubs and will be happy to ride along with them. I am happy to ride through the dips in price, the sacrifice for the greater goal. By the way I put an evenings drinking in The Olde Triangle on you tab, hope you don’t mind .

I will not be buying today as I have just booked a last minute bargain holiday I saw on a pop up add on my laptop. A long weekend skiing in the Algarve leaving Thursday night. Can’t wait.

Perky / Drewky, it is not the cost that is the issue on KN1 it is the time scale, if they don’t act soon the gas will be past it’s use by date. Oh well there is plenty of charcoal still available.

Been another week of nothing,endless same old arguments and to top it all off it is lashing down with rain. So I am turning everything off and having the weekend free of all Aminex see you all Monday.

Crusty, agree. Perhaps we can all move on and except this deal and put our energy and skills into finding a way to hold on to what we now have. Let’s try to get the BOD to assure us that no further equity will be sold or transferred without XXX conditions. We as shareholders are far stronger when we are united as opposed to divided.

Crusty, I would say a loan was out of the equation, look at our equity, no license, a broken well, a well with a cap on it and zilch income, not even a pay day loan Co. would have been interested

Crusty, we all, seem to agree that we could not progress as things were, this deal if it was the only one about is not so bad, but even if you are not impressed with it there was no other choice, we are left with a future with someone who will not dilly dally, can we please agree to enjoy the sweet tasting cake we have left. I hope and trust Jay will announce some long awaited news before the EGM to show us we now mean business .

Crusty, AEX did not have to sell, we could have stumbled on getting nowhere until we lost everything, now we can move on which I assume we all want to do. Let’s get licenses sorted and drilling underway, which we could never have done on our own. Gas and oil in the ground is worth nothing until you get it out.

I will tell you a story that happened me me many years ago. Ok different industry and financial scale but the principal is the same.

30 years ago I was a taxi operator in Stratford upon Avon, I was a sole trader up against the larger companies. I owned 7taxi licenses and it was a real struggle to find work for them all. Whilst on holiday one summer in the Peak District I met the owner of the largest taxi Co. in the area and we got together for a BBQ on the camp site that evening. As the only thing we had in common was the industry we started talking taxis and as the wine flowed we both dissuade our different views on it. His business was purely about miles, the more his cars did the more he earned and so did. his drivers, mine was more to buy licenses as they came up , run them and sell up one day. He needed another taxi on the fleet but had no license for it, I had a spare license but no work for it. He could not afford to buy mine as I did not wish to sell. He offered to lease the license from me,supply the car,driver,meter,radio and cover all running expenses. For this he would pay me 6p (remember this was 30 years ago) for every mile the car went. The taxi rate at the time was if I remember was 80p a mile so this deal did not sound so good. As the evening went on and more wine was drunk we decided to try it for a 12 mont period. This turned out to be the best deal I had ever done, a regular weekly income with no expense and a guaranteed weekly minimum payment. It worked very well for both of us. This gave me the ability to further my side of the business with far less risk until I sold up and followed my dream.

Drewky, stop deramping, we are in the best position we have ever been in. We have proved without doubt we can’t drill so we brought the experts with money on board. In a famine I would rather be given a slice of the pie than a promise of all of it and probably never get it. Time to move on,stop dragging up the unsuccessful past and look at the future which I believe is extremely promising. We now have cash,clout and a partner who truly believes in us, onwards and upwards old chap.
