Have you all seen the significant write-up on Caerus in the Daily Mail this morning ?
Worth the read !!
My best guess is they will increase their stake in Caerus up to the limit of 29.9%. Dunno at what price but that will inject significant further working capital into Caerus. £2M perhaps ? That s nothing for EV Metals who have Saudi money behind them
This company is going places !!
Looks like the AGM on June 1st at 11am is not one to miss. I understand that someone from EV Metals is to make a presentation to explain how Caerus fits into the business model going forward.
That I would really like to hear !!
This is an extraordinary development and with the deep pockets of EV Metals , Caerus has a very bright future. As I see it Caerus will become the acquirer and incubator of new battery metal projects in Europe and help EV with the avoidance of tariffs and quotas as they sell their battery products in the EU..
Brilliant model and for shareholders !!
Wow. Fantastic and transformational deal announced with EV Metals Group. Quite stunning !!
Patience. Register to attend the AGM remotely or in person. You just never know what you might find out
What are you talking about. ? There is no share issue proposed at the AGM. Where did you get this idea
The turn-around is just starting. Bezant and Jubilee are starting to give this serious attention.
Tell you what, I am expecting to hear great things and real forward expansion plans when the new Board present to shareholders at the AGM. This company is a very promising outfit but it needs to diversify and send a really compelling investment message.
HL is in the process of sorting it for trading.
This one is tighter than AC 8 and much tighter than Bay Capital. NMS is 10K shares but the MMs will not deal. Only two of them - Winterfloods and Cenkos. False market looming ?
Both AC8 and Bay have been a screaming success - as this will be.
Plenty of stock available. 30M shares issued at the Placing. Just a really good story and potential driving it forward - not a stock shortage.
New world here. No aircraft, no leggy cabin staff ( never were at BA !!) and no late or cancelled flights. In fact nothing to do with anything airborne. Thank God.
This is a well cashed-shell ( £7M) that is to be the base of being a disruptor in the aggregates and/or mining space. Probably domestic - UK., - and low risk. Likely to acquire one or more small to privately-owned medium-sized quarry companies.
Almost certain to succeed if we are patient.
Don't know about 'politos' but I agree this share could evolve into something rather special. Right people, a big 'war chest' and a recovering economy. A good mix. Bet you it will be an aggregates producer acquisition.
This is getting ready to really 'fly. A transformational deal is getting close now.
You must be close to right, minehound. There is a lot of 'enterprise value' in the current market cap but the track record of the Board justifies this and beyond. Should move through £3 easily this week and the maybe take a breather until the deal is announced- whenever that is.
Pinocchio - you are probably right. Williams and Willetts is a powerful combination and such a specific one that they must have a leisure sector deal in mind. Just a matter of time. Could be very rewarding for shareholders as existing market cap still only £1.7M even after the recent rise.
Good team here and one not used to failure or slow action. Worth a punt as Williams and Willetts have very good track records.
One very large DT to blame. 275K shares !!
Nice idea. Just not very realistic !!
Not that unusual. Look at Chesterfield Resources (CHF), the other 'player' in Cyprus in the same sector
