Good work, AGBR. AC8 is very tightly held though. Might be difficult getting any meaningful stock position. Worth a try on Tuesday morning.

By the way, under Rule 2.6 the Bid document has to be published this coming week so the speculation on share exchange and bonus numbers should be clarified

On that basis, AC8 on Tuesday is a raging sell at 180p is it not ? Or, are you saying that by Holding or Buying on-market you get awarded 3 Bonus shares for each you Hold or Buy - ie. 3 x 80p. In other words 240p . Not simple this one.

As for the profit forecasts, these are "away with the fairies"

Well, I have read the RNS of April 8th three times now and nowhere can I see a 3 for 1 Bonus share issue to AC8 shareholders stated. Can you guide us all to the relevant paragraph please ? Point taken about the backwardation/arbitrage position but that will be resolved next Wednesday - one way or the other. Rule 2.6 applies.

Who s ys you get a 3 for 1 bonus ? That has not yet been published. Anyway the bonus shares do not apply to new, market purchases only to previous shareholders before the deal was announced.
