Twill be rather better than Ed Sheeran and a lot more entertaining !
Talking of idiots, here is one that thinks we are listed on AIM !!!!
The 'idiots' have not pitched-up here yet. They will arrive at some point. Some plonkers on ADVFN are peddling the notion that a deal with Jubilee will destroy CMRS. Would you believe it ?
Little things ? You must be joking. Transformational for CMRS
xviolet. I would not listen to Pranchalee for advice.
He was the one who said the CMRS licences are 'the ones that no one else wanted'. Then along comes Jubilee as a prospective JV partner. Now let's see which of the two one would be inclined to believe
Get my point ?
What do you mean, just under TR-1 ? 3M shares is 6.6% of the company and therefore notifiable. It also passes the 1% increase threshold test so doubly notifiable. Could it be Jubilee ?
All they do is police the no-go zone by the border, unless you have seen white helmets on the beaches on Paphos !!
Some times you just get lucky.
Actually I think both CMRS and CHF will come good. They have similar but not the same business models. CHF has little by way of waste stockpiles and has never mentioned re-processing - preferring to focus on finding new VMS deposits. CMRS is more cashflow oriented - hence the JV with Jubilee. The latter is a serious outfit with plenty of cash to design and build processing plants - not an objective for CHF to my knowledge.
Hey ho - we shall see.
CMRS is also drilling and have done in a matter of weeks what it took CHF over 3 years to achieve.
It is not the price of a share that matters but the market cap reflecting the number of shares x the price. If it was just the share price then the best bet in the market would be the garbage stocks at 0.01p !!
Can you tell when this interview takes place ?
PR Ploutonic shares have not yet been issued !! The deal requires a VWAP calculation according to the RNS and that closing date has not been reached so this cannot be the explanation.
You must be joking ! Have you looked at the Caerus assets ? If there isn't a JV or more than one in this agreement, I hang-up my gloves, hat and trousers. In the mean time Caerus does what it always said it would and seeks out new VMS's and assets !! Fully-funded
You must have had a bad week-end - as bad as the weather !
II guess the best way into this deal is through CMRS as they are clearly undervalued.
Wow, that is some RNS. Transformational and a sure trigger for a re-rating. Jubilee is a serious company and has the right technologies to match with Caerus' on-the-ground assets.
Fantastic deal for both parties. So much for the idiot poster who said that Caerus' properties were those that no one else wanted. No one except a £400M market cap JV partner that is !!
Watch Caerus 'fly' today.
BZT is a basket case of a company. Dreadful management and the so-called asset is a liability. And that is before any risk-assessment of the Philippines as a jurisdiction within which to do business.
Otherwise, a good idea!!
True, how true. Have faith in the drill bit !
I am afraid that not all shares are equal. You will see that in due course I am sure.
That said, nothing wrong with CHF. Just lost its way with that car-crash interview a few months back.
Boooom, indeed. This is only the start.
If the Directors know they have deal ahead and are buying in the market - that would be 'insider dealing' on knowledge not in the public domain and they would be risking dismissal or prosecution. Think again knucklehead !!
Better still - read the FCA rulebook !!
