Roundtable Discussion; The Future of Mineral Sands. Watch the video here.
The SEIA and EMP have been submitted. The Ministry can now review and approve the SEIA and issue an ML ( any time after 26/3). The ML becomes live immediately an Environmental Clearance Certificate is issued. This comes from another Ministry. That is routine if the ML has been approved. All is in good order. Not long now.
Today's Option allocation RNS must be a good sign in anticipation of a forthcoming Mining Licence for H&G. Otherwise why would they take this action at this time ?
You are right. The SEIA was completed in late February but submission was delayed until 4th March and there is a 21 day public consultation period as shown in the link below

There needs to be some perspective here methinks.
The RNS today is in respect of another licence, NOT the main one that will lead to a commissioned copper mine near term. Submission of the SEIA and EMP , both referred to in the discussion here yesterday is a very good sign- excellent in fact. It means that the Ministry of whatever can now determine the Mining Licence application and they will probably condition it on the issue of the ECC - the final permit. There is now no hurdle to the issue of the ECC. The company has done great work to minimise environmental issues going forward. The public participation or consultation phase is now over. It is not the 26th March. It is completed.
This is going in exactly the right direction and I suspect we will get the news we seek shortly. It has taken a long time but I sure you all know the term TIA - in case not - This is Africa ! Stay strong and keep the faith
Why would the company announce something they plan to do rather than have already concluded at a contractual level ? On that basis there would be an RNS on a daily basis !! Give them a 'break'.
The newsflow is dire but it has always been that way with CB companies . Even worse with African Pioneer.
Well done for spelling 'eloquence' correctly. That one usually catches out the english language morons !!
Doubt it. Project not commercially viable. Good tonnage but very poor grades,. Processing costs certain to be far too high.
I like the eloquence of your sophisticated reply !! Very amusing.
Stop panicking- idiot !
A quite remarkable RNS this morning about II's penetration of the Chinese lottery market and its expansion into the sector which they are modernising. This is going to be a very exciting growth story. It has been missed by the market.
Absolutely right. Cannot believe this market cap vs. true underlying value of the asset
Definitely a good sign. Not long now methinks
crawl back under your stone and wait for evolution to deal with you !! what a ****** !!
Which bit of this do you not understand ? Taken from the January RNS announcement of the disposal of Manica ?
If there is any breach of these security provisions or the late payment of any of the amounts due to be paid by the Buyers under the MMP Agreements that is not rectified within 14 days, then: (i) all outstanding amounts will become due and payable; (ii) interest will from the date of the breach accrue on all unpaid amounts at the rate of 2% per cent per month compounded monthly on the last day of each calendar month; and (iii) the Buyers irrevocably grant to the Seller (or its nominated representative) an option to acquire the Mining Licence and / or all the issued shares of Explorator for US$1 such option to remain valid until all amounts including accrued interest due under the MMP Agreements have been paid in full.
Christ where do these Bulletin Board cr-p-heads come from ?
Perhaps you should wake-up, do some reading of the default clauses in the SPA between Buyer and Seller and then come back and apologise.
Idiot !!
At least the rising price of gold will ensure that our royalties are paid in full and on time. If they don't we get the mine back for the price of $1.
Christ, what garbage. B----- off elsewhere !!
That is some NRNS this morning. The revenue growth here is going to be phenomenal and it is so under the investor radar. Once they become aware ...... Boom !!!!!
