At the time, Baghdad was submitting the agreed monthly funds to pay the wages of the public employees. Honor prevails among thieves obviously.

Not that any of that matters when sublime corruption rules at all upper levels in the land of Koruptistan..

Too much money being made by those in power - thanks to pilfering of the Nation’s oil asset via land tanker routes to sanction busting buyers, and selling off the country’s oil at giveaway prices.

Meanwhile the daily tariff for rental of the pipeline gets paid to Turkey…. But not to worry - that money will come out of the public budget, so no cost to the tribals.

Turkey’s ICC fine remains unpaid of course.

As a sweetener, expect a further small dividend to be announced - as I predict that the buybacks will soon be diverted to “treasury” to meet the hard pressed BoD’s long overdue awards payouts.

The mystery of whom among us shareholders actually voted for these unwarranted awards remains.

Well we have a very, very highly remunerated, and hence motivated, BoD handeling this on our behalf.

These will be distribute among our BoD at a convenient time ( probably during the uforia of pipeline re-opening).
