You cant argue on things like Margin, they can claim otherwise but Openreach pubish the pricing EVERY telecoms provider pays as a minimum. If they source through another wholesaler first then it will be more. The margins just arent 30% like they claim it is.

Were invested, Just below 3%, We will trip it as and when. If it goes up thats cool we will make on our investment. Im not ramping or deramping, and frankly if you believe anything written on this forum effects the price then your deluded

No idea who Redstone is, or Smartspace. Im sat on this waiting for it to drop.. Why, because at sub £2 million market cap, for £2 million in recurring revenue its an attractive acquisition. If the results go as I think they will, then the price will drop as they burn through the cash. Theres absolutely no need for the model they have to lose the money they do at the moment.

Cant see them burning through that much cash that quickly. Id expect it sees them to the end of the year.

Still puzzled how there has been no performance annoucements since December (about november). Has it all dried up, or is it they just dont need to ramp themselves at the moment.

Wouldnt read into it, spread too close for the system to pick up what is buys and sells. Happens all the time where buys shows as sells and vice versa

Fair enough, I hadnt seen the salary reduction in the document. Took my figures from the original prospectus... Therefore not sure being called a liar was fair. Hey ho... It dropped today, So much for up up and away.

Turnover Last year £1.5 Million.

To Double Turnover you need to go from £125k per month to £250k per month.

Yet In there last amazing month, they only added £10k of additional monthly revenue.

At the end of 12 months they may well be doing £250k per month, but that unfortunately doesn't mean a doubling of turnover from last year to this. If this does £2.5m I think it would be an achievement. Still major loses.

Still yet to see what basis your working this out as amazing on Jungmana?

Ponder if we push our holding to 3% some will take my comments seriously. I like Toop. I like what its trying to do. But with a management team taking home 500k+ a year on turnover of £1.5m, Maybe Im doing it wrong.

Jungmana, Just explain why they will be at a Market cap of £20 million in that period? Or explain how they compare to Kcom, A company with infrastructure and a lockout of services in Hull. With no competition.

£250k in Contracted revenue for new business is not a lot.

They also wont hit 30% GP.

Openreach charge around £7.60 a month for the line plus vat
Unsure who the supplier is for broadband, say its talktalk wholesale £6 per month for ADSL (ish)
Total cost Inc VAT £16.32 - Profit £1.67

Thats a retail customer NOT a wholesale customer.

FTTC and line - £27.99
OR - £7.60
FTTC approx £15
Total cost £27.12
Profit 87p

The Hosted Telephony will work out better, around 50% but from the RNS releases thats not the focus of what they are selling.

Theres no money in Lines and broadband. The whole industry knows it

Sounds Massive. Break it down.

£250,000 = 30% GP Max (Id suggest its less, given their advertised prices)
£75,000 GP

Over what, 3 year terms? £2k a month in GP? Before any other costs have come out of it.... Sorry to say, in the telecoms trade, thats not Massive growth, thats pretty poor.

Or just release RNS Updates to encourage the placement and stop a drop in share price. Once its stablised stop giving news until they need it again.

Discounted 18th December as it wasn't focused on any other than "a record month" with nothing substantial and given it was a passing comment within an update on the final results. Compared to the pre September updates there hasn't been any.

Stinks of playing the market for the placing. Release loads of news, rince a placing, spend it. Start again.

They cant capitalise Merlin. No competitor would use it knowing they would in the back end have access to competitive data. Cant see it happening. Merlin is just another CRM system, everyone has one. Its hardly the thing that makes Toople different, regardless of how wonderful they say it is.

29th August - Major Contract Win (for a reseller worth 3 million, yet the CEO has said they are reducing the wholesale sector)

Then since November there has been no updates at all. No contract wins? No Major news or development?

Another Kcom? Wow, Whats that based on?

Kcom own their own infrastructure. They have been trading many years in an area with ZERO competition from BT.

How does the relate to Toople, who are in effect a reseller of Openreach services, they own no infrastructure, no LLU equipment, They do not have code powers, and have no plans to do so.

Completely weird comparison.
