I deal in facts, Its not negative to say

They had £2 Million in the bank in Q3 last year. They now have £1 million in the bank.

How is that negative? Please explain your rational thinking.

When everything Ive put is fact, how is it negative. Clearly people jump on the band wagon, there was plenty the other day happy to say they had loads of cash, x y and z. But no substance as to why.

I wrote it... Still stand by it. And look forward to the next one which says.

I just dont want people taking a look at one RNS and going. Wow theyve got £1 Million in the bank, Wow, they are adding new customers.

Especially given the authorisation to dilute that hangs over. Imagine buying in at 0.53 then, next week, they dilute and devalue your investment by 20%. Youd be pissed wouldnt you?

is It bitter to ask people to be careful and actually do some research then just jump on the band wagon of investing on a rise like lots of people have clearly done.

You do realise what that actually means is,

Weve burnt through the cash we expected to, and are still burning through cash at around 75k each month. But thats ok, as we have £1 million in cash in the bank

Or the other view... Its being pumped, so they can do the placing agreed at the AGM at a higher rate.. To prop up cashflow?

On the day a 550k debt can be called in? I know I take punts but..

You cant be cash generating, and have burnt through 1 Million in 6 months. The two don't match. Thats not be twisting facts.

New posters are posting say, Wow a million in the bank.... must be undervalued... Theres money in the bank due to the placing.

Hes hardly going to say different is he?

If that confident? Why add the option of further placements into the AGM?

I still think its a good long term option, but Id suggest itl drop again hard when they announce the next placing which was approved at the AGM. This is all to bump the price up prior to placing so they get as much as possible from it.

Company looking for voluntary redundancies from head office staff at the moment, if they dont get enough they will go through full process. Not looking good at the moment. Its been so badly mismanaged internally in the last 3 years.

They have no idea who their customer is anymore. Shame

What a poor RNS. They were guided at the AGM that they needed to give more figures and more information. The information they gave out there was quantitive and informative. This RNS suggests
Weve spent £1 Million
Weve signed a few customers
We still dont make any money

But its ok, because we didnt expect to either.

Significant buys yesterday suggest leaks internally in what they saw as a decent RNS eg, It shows we are in line with projections.

Now its being dumped again.

I thought theyd ramp this to 0.4 or 0.5 then do the dilution, given the drop already today and the pressure on selling, who knows.

Who shorts a stock on AIM... Go back to bed
