Not spinning it, Id just like them to actual put some substance in. What have they actually added? Customers? Is it all Landline and Broadband consumer tariffs as per their digital marketing? Whats the ARPU at the moment? How many units? Rate of churn? Rate of default?
But of course, that would stop the spin train of huge % changes...
Neither do you BD6, but atleast D14mond is realistic. IF (Big IF) you are invested his, your going to lose 20% of your investment value overnight, theres no benefit to shareholders diluting to pay a debt.
Household subscription with multiple RGUs... FTTC 23.33 plus vat. GP £3 to £4.
Sim Only Mobile. £8 plus vat... GP £1 - £2
Where is the improving GP? It needs alot of additional RGUs at a much higher ARPU to cover off the loses.
This £3.5M, say the margin is 20% which it wont be.... Doesnt make a dent in the losses
F458, That £3.5 Million is
A) Low Margin as its a wholesale agreement. 10% GP, £350k profit over three years.
B) Spread over 3 years, not from day one. It will If it actually happens build gradually over the term eg £1k in month one, £200k in month 36. What happens after 36 months, It doesnt just stop, Weird they didnt mention this...
C) and this is the biggest.... Why would a reseller, who has twice (atleast twice) the revenue of Toople, Choose to source their lines and broadband from toople... When they could walk in to daisy, or gamma, or icuk or one of the others. All of which who would incentivise them to migrate a base?
£3.5 Million sounds huge, on 10% Margin... Its not. Couple that with Tooples largest existing customer being wholesale and providing 50% of revenue in the last accounts. Thats not great.
Theyve announced one deal with multiple sites, You cant say they are targeting 50+ businesses, when ALL their marketing is targetting cheap and cheerful, high volume, high default, high churn, FTTC.
Infact, their website only goes up to Toople 10... Where are you getting all these random additions from?
Ive come to the conclusion Bear is just a wind up merchant.
The AGM has a motion to authorise dilution by 20%.... Theres no discussion over it. Its not guess work. Go and read it.
I didnt get the wages wrong.. I took them from the prospectus, there had just been a further update I missed. Get over it.
Growth of a business. Lets discuss selling a landline and FTTC at £27.99 or 23.33 ex vat. Then look at the known wholesale costs of both. PSTN line appox £8, FTTC somewhere between 12 and 15. Margin = £3.33.
How Many customers do you need to go from loss making to profit making if each customer makes you £3.33 per month? 20,000? Existing growth rate at last update. 400 a month....
Does that not make any sense to you? Or are we just going to ignore the facts and go off the RNS updates saying how much growth there will be on margin. You cant sell on price and increase margin bear!
Its this that worries us... 20% share issue authorised within the next 12 months without any further questions asked.
That the Directors be generally and unconditionally authorised pursuant to Section 551 of the

may allot relevant securities in pursuance of that offer or agreement as if the authority hereby
conferred had not expired. This authority is in substitution for all previous authorities conferred
on the Directors in accordance with section 551 of the 2006 Act.
Approx 2.1% at the moment, Waiting on AGM before doing anything further, Was trying to work out what was buys and sells today as the spreads too small and Im not convinced by the stats LSE brings up, e.g 6 Million sold today, none brought. But saying that, We could buy as many as we wanted today at around 0.285 but couldn't even get a price to sell 1000 shares. Which is never a good sign IMO.
