Mid week sells start and then no doubt the friday buys. Still awaiting the RNS? 12 million shares later

Looking like Monday was the pump but anyone buying in is hoping on hope without reasoning beyond probable internal buys making it appear the markets interested.

Exactly, has to be internal and Fryer and NIU. Not reading into it he's either out and sold or sold to them. If its a new board member then pretty much still NIU.

Someones bought 12 million CRTM Lemons, which may explain it having limited impact as likely we are just seeing insider buys/sells through other means.

Could this 11.5m shares relate to Fryers acquisition or disposal? Has he sold them and someones bought? I am thinking of the scale and who in their right minds would want to hold that many shares in this (aside internally the new board members). Would he not have to disclose that before someone else bought them?

I was expecting limited sales/buys at opening. It will stagnate as nothing apparently changed and nothing indicating much beyond board salaries and no mining. I am unclear how names convert to anything in terms of a rise, Kat probably right Fryer the only one to benefit whether hes bought or sold. NIU Invest and the GCR Group appear focused on Chile and Botswana. I keep wondering if Fryer just hung in for a salary and multi payday here leaving them with this bag of s**t.

Trading restarts....

When I read it was acquisition or disposal of financial instruments my thoughts went towards him selling and this new crowd buying hence they were brought in regardless of backgrounds and skills (even accountants seem to be unable to account or spell their own company name). If they buy him out it just means they own more (which I don't like considering the track record). If he's simply sold then this will be equally bad. I don't see an upside in this as they own pretty much 70-80% of shares directly or indirectly now. I guess worst case is seeing sudden offloading in large sets but then whats worse than a mine that just doesn't mine.

I think any buys/sells are just themselves with 70% ownership. Probably explains to 2.5-10.5 rise when trading for no reason.

I think thats the way this is heading. Looking at Molulu and CRTM against NIU and this GCR Group Mining makes it look more like they use this mine in conjunction with their other assets as opposed stand alone but not sure how that ever creates a viable or profitable mine which undermines any SP growth as we are effectively only paying for their board salaries and some flights for shares deal.

Same here CTMT from the accountant Chairman who clearly had other things on his mind when signing off the final results. I also noted zero employees and 4 directors which just tells me this is top heavy and not a mine being setup to mine, maybe just to hold (which in itself is odd as what else do you need a non-mining mining company for?

The Company will continue to work closely with PKF to ensure that the audited results for the FYE 2025 are published as soon as possible. This is expected by 4 November 2025.... not seeing anything yet.

Ali Farid Khwaja was the CFO and Board Director of Safe Charge Group, and they've literally just made the accountant Williams the Chairman and between them all no-one can get the accounts together. Cash is raised but ore is not. Promises are made but always broken. The suspension was almost not a surprised based on the way things have been heading. What will get me is the potential additional promises 'for the future' and no actual mining.

I was thinking the same earlier but perhaps bought prematurely. I am not seeing reasoning for a dip in reporting.

You cannot have a company with board that just grows and grows but the very reason they are there never materialises. I am still struggling with why some of these people are putting their names to the company name. I understand a jet company maybe swapping shares for flights, I understand . I still have Seamus12 "I think sentiment will take us up in the right direction; however, they need to prove they have a medium-sized mine now" ringing in my ears (even just a tiny mine may suffice). I noted they still haven't updated some of the personnel images on the website making it appear a rush to get names on the RNS yesterday over the forethought to source readily available online imagery of the new board members.

CRTM website: Danilo Lange "He has held senior management roles at Serviceplan Group and Redbull". Reading into them it turns out an 'Anna Lange' took on a new position of Chief Executive Officer at Serviceplan Group Rus, starting from February 2021 (pre-war) after Danilo Lange (previously headed the group in Russia) moved to become a board member. Anna Lange working career begun at Red Bull communications coincidentally, so perhaps a future CRTM board member in the making. Other similar agency networks after the invasion with major European presences, such as Serviceplan and Media.Monks remained. CRTM website also omits Langes Auriant Mining AB connection replacing with only 'CEO of a gold producer'. Auriant Mining, through its subsidiary LLC Tardan Gold (named after the Tardan deposit), is involved in geological exploration and gold mining in Russia. So at least the company complies with local Russian mining regulations, but its paying substantial taxes to the Russian government, which indirectly supports the Russian economy, including its military expenditure. Ignoring all that at least hes a history in mining!!!

Im not sure adjusting odds is the way forward. I see so many gambling companies now just sitting in jurisdictions where they cannot be impacted in the same way and can remove some of their safe gambling tools (and with it ethics). Eventually our entire gambling industy and associated providers won't be in the UK. I take your point on black markets and presume you mean all the crypto casinos taking huge bites out of the sports market but i suggest checking their odds. In most cases their sports odds are worse than the legit. If we take them as newbies then should the mainstream move to meet their odds they are likely in keeping with the wider market. Granted the punter loses but the companies need to take a holistic approach to the punter as not just betting on one item but many (i.e. casinos, slots, sports etc). I think EVOK will move with the times (eventually) but that won't hurt longterm the investment.

I don't think we can expect taxes on every part of the bookmakers business. Some I suspect like Horse racing could be exempt or it will likely kill off sport in this country. What the gov are likely going to highlight is the consistent revenue growth and operational progress of Evoke Plc and anchor that as a reason to tax all forgetting some companies will severe a hand to maintain continuity.

I am so confused on the direction and what is offsetting what. CRTM just added to the board Danilo Lange who is currently heading and managing Serviceplan Group Russia. His company continues to operate in Russia despite EU sanctions which likely raises concerns about indirectly supporting the Russian economy and military efforts in Ukraine. That said profit over taking sides I can appreciate. They also add Kristofer Tremaine of Kimura Capital the very people involved in a legal dispute related to a loan facility it provided to Minera Tres Valles, the Chilean copper mining company that NIU Invest are also in legal dispute, which is has accusations of fraud and corruption thrown into the mix. At least Selina Hayes appears to operate in the Critical Minerals Global Supply Chain domain. No mining and yet names interconnected across their investments. I stand with Ukraine on this one. Seen enough.

Separate but clearly part of the same group I read production to resume at this GCR other mine they own is due to reportedly start in third quarter of 2026. So another fryer type line in the sand. Not seen him on the board yet. Then their other mines in a legal dispute but they state all moving ahead. CRTM CEO meeting Pakistan Global Alumni Network to 'shape their global strategy' in London doesn't really fill me with confidence on who's strategy all this benefits. Makes me wonder who is actually at these mines running them. Maybe the end of 2026 is the year if it doesn't all implode from lack of actual mining.
