Where are the AGM questions?

I am sort of there with you. 8 months if they get investment. So most people will just hold on knowing until large investments come in the mines dead. Knowing the board will defer and recoup their salaries means without a huge investment they will just soak it all up into salaries and bonuses. All anyone can do is wait, and see what this 'yes' vote they want is about.

I am at a loss in every way,

The road was finished mid July 2024 seemingly. We endure silence and OM Metals don't use the road to take the sample for assaying for 4 further months? Incredible answer.

Once CRTM get funded the timeline is 8 months to production. Infers they are at rock bottom and used all their funds on staff, accountants and everyone who doesn't do any mining. Meanwhile to save money they lay off the mine workforce? Are we here investing in a board or a mine?

He calls it a painful journey. One he sold throughout whilst the rest of use were left with the bag watching a fall to 1p.

Now we are being asked to vote yes on something this board all want without knowing the question? You cannot ask investors to just go along with a leadership that has misled the market for so long.

I agree. They spread too thin and should have focused on getting 1 mine right and using the template BEFORE just throwing out plans which could never happen as they've no money and limited skill in managing 1 let alone 5 mines. 3 weeks of artificial sp rise to go unless they wreck it and don't hit their near term targets before the AGM.

It can only be the fact they've run up debts they cannot service and/or been pressurised into this recent RNS, which begs the question how deep is the hole they are in. It makes no sense otherwise. Something rotten is happening despite todays up swinging driven by a few trades. Probably underlies the other problem here of perpetual unpredictability due to leadership actions.... that said if a few trades can pump the SP back up and i can exit I'm not going to complain. Maybe tomorrow we hear OM metals sampling update and that raises it further but only speculating they keep to their "this week" timeline.

Well at least for once we have near term timelines CRTM cannot ignore. I am expecting RNS to be firing on all cylinders the coming few weeks updating us. Holding onto the AGM likely in the hope of the big "we sold ore" and "the gradings the best ever". All feasible but again the vacuum in the meantime kills it further. I keep wondering if the last RNS was forced or was it the plan to do it close to a glut of news to try recover. No swayed me to buy any more but will be watching the next 5 days for the sample update and few weeks for the sell. I wont be attending the AGM if its on hold to shine a t$%d on 1 day of 365 a year.

15-17th Nov Sample and assaying so market knows the grading (they selected to send)

17-30th Nov Money in the bank (as why would they not invoice the same day as the grading when so in the hole for cash)

9th Dec AGM (should be fun)

31st Dec License renewal (no update)

A single truck carrying ore from Molulu has been transported to the OM Metals Plant for assessment (a positive!!!). We can expect to receive more information within the next week about the sample taken and its value (finally a timeline). This could potentially lead to money generation by the end of November, pending successful conversion of the sale (the ongoing hope but what happens after truck 1, presuming no other trucks in the meantime?). Geotechnical and geological activities have resumed after the team returned from leave (it's good to know that the holiday season has concluded).

The company's financial situation remains challenging (an understatement). They have pushed back payment deadlines and accrued additional interest. This aligns with concerns I am sure we all had about their financial difficulties on which they went silent like children in trouble. Management take a 25% salary reduction propped up by their share sales whilst some of the miners on a few francs a day are laid off but lets take on more consultants (at no doubt higher costs) than the workers who mine the ore and aid further sales. I get its a work in progress but has the mind ore somewhere as such a viable stream of trucks or no ore based on all the studies to date and everything we are told is hope with glass & mirrors?

Various studies remain pending, contingent upon securing further financing. This financing dependent on sources willing to overlook CRTM constant delayed timelines.

No mention of a license renewal, with 48 days remaining before expiration. The relevance of other development statements may be for nothing aside a paper exercise to see off further backlash?

If this stays above 1p I will be amazed but perhaps the singular truck becomes a weekly event (or monthly). The problem I have is faith and knowing when to cut my losses from 10-8 buy in to 1.3 exit. Hope springs eternal but I can only shake my head at this investment outlook.

The ore on the pad including those bagged (ready to move) has been stagnant for over a year, with visible evidence on Google Earth. Despite the road being completed months ago and an agreement already in place with OM Metals, there has been no progress clearly in organising a pickup/sale (happy to post online about it but not actually organise the process). This prolonged inactivity for me raises serious concerns about the project's viability and management's intentions. At times I simply view this as a potential scam designed to attract investors. Given the repeated delays created by management I just see future dates rolling on and on so it appears increasingly unlikely that the project will ever move forward, leaving investors facing potential financial losses.

I just wonder how long they take their pay cheques before enough is enough. I will be amazed if this has any bounce after their next BS RNS but here's hoping. I can but imagine "we sold $10'000 in ore to OM Metals but paid ourselves $150'000 in the meantime" or "we will be drilling about mid 2025" or "making money? who made that claim".

Why? In September 2023, the Company signed an offtake agreement with O.M. Metals

to purchase the copper ore from Molulu. A year on the road complete YET nothing sold. Before 27th Aug 2024 the road is complete. 25th Oct 2024 utter silence. So for a year all planning done and then once they complete the only blockage (road) they then fall silent. Something almost makes me feel they never wanted the road complete hence the last few kilometres were dragged out for over a month.

I keep wondering where these other main holders have gone. I know I'm going to be reviewing all my investments to check any connected persons with CRTM/PXC aren't on the books in the future if this silence is eternal. I still keep feeling hes gone/going and the quiet is wrestling amongst them all (no doubt to benefit Fryer).

My error, it was from the 15th May RNS when they appointed PhD geologist, Dr. Bisnath to the board. It does beg the question how even then a man with 28 years in the industry can join and then do nothing aside perhaps take a pay cheque. still no sales, no updates, just silence. They've clearly run out of money (or spent it elsewhere beyond the mine). The licenses take months to acquire looking at other sites so how they get that and the JORC is beyond me. My expectation is the 'samples' to be highlighted as the trucks on site historically as we know are not CRTM and they have to lease. Equally your leasing to move them to OM metals and if you've no money how do you lease other than on trust but then the sale price diminishes. None of their usual 'we built a vegetable garden' or 'staff dancing' makes me think there is more falling apart at that site. Equally if you email them they have changed to ignoring or stating they cannot comment. I am left to agree the film Gold does fit the mentality and actions. I am ranting because this is the worst run listed company I have ever bought shares.

Didn't they change mid year to an 'in house' tester to avoid exactly that (independent lab results).

28 kilometre road rehabilitation completed 27th Aug 2024 and 44 days later silence. The more I look at how they've operated (terribly) online and in person I am wondering is their St Bride PR company on the way out and holding onto CRTM logins. The silence just feels wrong on so many levels and the RNS makes me wonder if Fryer is just doing this all as a one man band trying to paper over his million cracks. All speculation but it is only in the vaccum of silence I write such things. OM metals still nothing and Fryers 'other interested buyers I turned away' feel more like a marketing gimic than anchored in fact. I honestly sit wondering how this is even 2.7 some days.

I noted the same. I am wondering if perhaps both were playing games behind the scenes and got caught out when the tap was turned off and perhaps requests for evidenced use of funds or roadmaps didn't quite align to the investment amounts. When I read the RNS this morning I couldn't but wonder if similar reasons are dictating CRTM silence. Have they finally hit a point where financial planning, or lack of, has undone their schemes. NIU maybe fooled from inception and now caught them out but that doesn't help the SP or turning the mine profitable unless perhaps the management is being shown the door but will that even as you say stop us being fleeced.

We are 15 days of total silence which is somewhat confusing and makes me wonder if perhaps they may come forward with a reorganised management structure however as always its just speculation as the void of nothingness starts again. Equally when I think about the pro/con of the retention/sacking of Fryer I comeback to the main point which is the mine needs to produce, make profit and moving forward with or without him. Yet OM Metals purchase silent and those chaps in the Telegram claiming it would have been sold pre-road completion silent indicating lies upon lies were being made. 97 days until the license expires and still required to fit in the JORC and other supporting actions. Begs the question did they spend all the money on the road and have they again already run out and having to chase more to even dig, my instincts tell me we may again see they borrowed more and thats a cycle they may not break as every day it sits idle CRTM management still claim large expenses/salaries. Who is paying those and importantly why if they are doing nothing and saying nothing.

I have to agree with you both, he has handed it over so the incentive has to be assumed as a secured position, or perhaps he just isn't very commercially astute. If the later is the case then I don't see his position being very tenable but like you say they have a closed relationship and to date thats working against investors. Where is the OM Metals confirmation of sale! At the very least whilst they are silent the sales data should be known as the TG group seemed keen to state it would be complete weeks before the road was even done. You're right, scandalous but at least not being ignored.

I think thats as clear as it can be stated bohercom and it cuts to main point here. They've come in perhaps fancying a deal and watched Fryers antics and the subsequent loss of interest by investors. Their deal then further undermines confidence but perhaps puts them in a position to do something about the overpaid board or question whats going on. I keep wondering if that is why the sudden silence, are we again not hearing in a timely manner what is going on at CRTM. That said would a change in leadership turn this into a functioning mine as that is what investors want. I don't like buying knowing the men at the helm cannot steer this down the river.

It feels as if any good or bad news is going to follow whatever release comes next. Either they realise how woeful the entire process has been and are regrouping to assess next steps or the level of apathy and mistrust against them has reached a level whereby no news is preferably to any. Rudderless at present is my take. Why are we not hearing about the off take, the sale... the apologies. Thats what grates me, the actions of a child being quiet in the corner as they know theyv'e done something wrong and prefer and hope people will forget but that is not how investable companies should operate.
