I'm guessing that the trolls have given up on talking about a raise now ( lol) and are focusing instead on taunting about the current share price.

They are total muppets - as though a snapshot share price of their choosing at a given time is forever frozen. I suppose you could have taunted RR shareholders during covid when its share price was 30p and the company was in danger of going bust....Or any other company share which has recovered strongly from its lows. Haven't they ever heard of " recovery plays ? " Fortunes have been made from these.

All that matters is where the share price will be if a JV/farm out or a buyout is announced. So maybe just filter these morons ?

Furry - you talk as though a well will only last for one year only. In fact it will produce profit for the life of the field.

So your one off cost of sale for one well has created this profit. It's only a debt showing on the balance sheet if you used a creditor to borrow the funds to do the drilling etc. And shareholders do not count as creditors. So the company is debt free.

Furry - work out how much the initial output of 160 bopd will amount to over say 20 or 25 years. Take a figure of what we are left with after the PSC based on an average price oil over say the last 5 years. It's in the tens of millions. 2 million gross profit from a single well for example would equate to 20 million over 20 years.

Your cost of sale ( drilling costs etc ) has helped create that profit for the company.

The company has no debt, as it has no creditors showing on its balance sheet, either due within a year or more, with the exception of any tax owing to the MG.

Furry - sounds like you have never put a balance sheet together in your life. There's all the difference in the world between a " cost of sale " and " creditors owing " within a year or more.

Something doesn't add up with Master, RealPro.

Master - you're contradicting yourself again. This morning you were getting excited at the vision you had if 50 wells. And now you've just said that " we all want the company to do well. "

However, then you come out and say that you intend to sell up on your breakeven of 4p.

So which version is actually the correct one ? Once you are out at 4p then presumably it wouldn't matter to you how successful the company is ?

The company could have gone bust at that point in time. And it had no legal access to Heron back then and no 25 year special purpose licence either.

Master ; if it's all down to the RNS releases and the fundamentals side of things, then why did it hit 10p in 2021 and then 7p in 2003 all on hot air and with no legal access to Heron.

The fact is that up to now it's been a trader's share, and from what you have posted on here I don't think you have the slightest clue how to dip in and out of micro caps.

Master ; one minute you admit that the MMs highly manipulate the share price, then the next minute you blame the current share price entirely on MB.

My advice is that once you are at break even sell up for the sake of your own mental wellbeing.

Master ; yes, a sudden pump immediately garners interest and stokes up FOMO. Like that " inexplicable " sudden pump of 50% in one day earlier in the year with no news wasn't it ? People were scratching their heads at the time....

Proquo ; exactly. I remember back in 2023 someone thanking another person on here for warning them about stops. Otherwise they would have been taken out with a big loss when the MMs spiked it down on the open to 1.8p. Then later they would have watched with consternation as the share price suddenly " magically " recovered to as high as 6.5p on the same day....

In that one day of price action in July 2023 you could easily see everything that the MMs get up to.

A sudden sharp mark down on the open to trigger stops, a shakeout of nervous holders , and thereby a quick accumulation of cheap shares.

Then a massive pump on the same day from the opening low of 1.8p to a high of 6.5p which generated enough sudden retail investor FOMO to allow those cheap shares to be sold into.

And then soon after, a tanking of the share price once the distribution phase had happened.

Amazing that some stick their heads in the sand about mm manipulation. The least volume and liquidity you have, the more it is wide open to price manipulation.

Remember that time in July 2023 when there was a positive RNS ? It had finished the previous day at about 3p. Then at 8am on the bell the share price was suddenly spiked down to a previous resistance of 1.8p only to recover immediately and then spike up to 6.5p on the same day....Then in the following days it tanked again.

The drop was designed to trigger stops and to panic weakholders into selling - a standard MM tactic to hoover up cheap shares.

Love this. And the bashers are too thick to realise that the lack of a share price pump so far this year is down to the MMs realising that a raise is unlikely to happen. So instead the MMs content themselves by buying and selling within within a well defined 1.2p to 2.3p range. No raise to pick up cheap shares, so they have to trade within a range instead.
