I am going to be lodging a formal complaint to MATD and the FCA about what looks like an organised criminal stock bashing gang who are active on here. It's time that this kind of activity was properly investigated.

Abzzba ; I agree. The main thing is not to panic when we have these crazy price moves. It's just an unbelievably volatile price action due to the very low volume levels.

The lower the volume levels the more volatile the price action is.

TenBag ; it's not the company that's a dog, it's the issues to do with very low volume stocks which bothers me.

Some people in their minds can't separate price action characteristics of the shares from the company itself. I can't say that I like the price action to do with this company, even though I think that the company itself has generally good prospects, and I believe in the project.

Abzzba ; I think what I have concluded is that very low volume micro caps are targeted both by algo bots on trading desks, and by stock bashing boiler rooms. The very low volumes make the share price much more susceptible to manipulation than those with decent volume levels.

IMO it's the single biggest hazard to do with ultra low volume micro caps. During the worst of covid, with the borders shut, no income, with the employees taking voluntary pay cuts, with no production and no permissions in place for block 20, the share price was several multiples higher than it is right now.

We have had sudden spikes to 7p and 10p on basically just complete hot air.

I wouldn't be surprised if stock bashing boiler rooms exist in India. When UK customers had a backlash against companies outsourcing call centres to India, a load of these call centres were closed down. A lot of time and effort had been spent in training young Indians to speak good English, to understand the UK customer etc, and then suddenly many sadly lost their jobs.

This is why unfortunately a lot of these scam phone calls originate from Indian centres set up for this purpose. it's obvious that stock bashing boiler rooms are another closely related " industry " to these scam " call centres. " I'm quoting below from an article I read ;

" You see most of these so called Scam call centers are usually located in Kolkatta and Delhi (95%)

So, these areas have scam centers, because the population is huge where as opportunities less. Gurgaon, was known for it’s call centers which is usually a pressure cooker situation and the CSRs are usually abused lot and hence many quit. With no other special skills apart from English and basic Computer troubleshooting, these unemployed youth have no option but to join whichever job offer comes up to them. And the scam call centers are awesome at masking it’s scam initially, usually the freshers wouldn’t be aware of the real modus operandi. They’d genuinely believe that customer’s systems are infected with virus and after few scripts they’d transfer their call to their seniors, who do the actual scams."

Same is the case with Kolkatta. It’s close proximity to Jamtara the hub of Indian scam center and the authorities heavy scrutiny have pushed those with better communications towards these scam centers.

So these places thrive because there is talent and lack of opportunity, thus they thrive.

Considerations about future voting rights may be another motive for squeezing out as many LTHs as possible.

I also think it's true that algo bots are set up to target very low volume stocks. If stop losses are triggered then it sets off a cascade of sells, and other bots on other trading desks follow suit.

If Mlbeck had bothered to read what has been extensively discussed on here, then he might realise that many of us have bemoaned frequently what looks like a suppressed share price. And we have given reasons why we think this is happening.

The fact that he goes on and on about the share price being at an all time low makes me believe that this is another Adw account.

Supposedly has " no experience, and is new to the LSE " ( which conveniently explains why his account was set up on 1st July ) and decides after seeing the highest risers and fallers on a given day to devote himself to focusing 100% on one low volume micro cap. And then do 39 posts out of 40 discussing it. I mean, just ignore all the other thousands of companies listed on the LSE when you are supposedly new, and have a curiosity about stocks and shares. Lol.

Lots of demand coming at these levels - a nice spike to hit all those vulnerable stops....

Going back to Mlbeck - a new account set up on 1st July. He supposedly just has a casual and passing interest in MATD which he happened to " find in his scanner ." Lol.

40 posts so far - 39 about MATD, and just one on the PREM board. Has become increasingly overt in his stock bashing as time has gone on....Work it out.

Mlbeck ( or Doc ) ; you started off sounding fairly neutral, but now you've let the mask slip it's clearly just overt stock bashing that you're about.

All the red flags ; a new account set up just recently, and virtually every post about MATD ( except just one, which was clearly designed to put me off the scent after I mentioned that your posts up to that point were all about MATD ! )

And a company which " you happened to just notice on your screener. " Yeah right.

And MlbeckM - ask your AI how much a single well producing 160 bopd will create in terms of monetary value over the 20 to 25 year life of a field before you talk about how much has been put in so far. And anyway, much of that expenditure was prior to MB being appointed in 2017. Maybe work out how much was spent prior to his appointment, rather than lumping it all together?

Mlbeck ; I think you wheedled your way onto here as seeming to be a neutral - apparently you found MATD " on my scanner. " It's obvious now though that your recently set up account was created solely in order to be another stock basher.

And funny how after I mentioned you not commenting on any other company, you then did one solitary post for one other company in order to make yourself look more credible as passing as a neutral who happens to have an interest in MATD.

And at times you've made it sound like you are a shareholder, and at other times as being just a neutral with a passing interest. Your story has not been consistent. Are you Doc ?

Brobarker ; I think that these points I copied below from your post are absolutely spot on, and are major reasons why share price volatility with these low volume micro caps is often very extreme. Look at Met1 - up to 55p a few weeks ago, then down to 7p just three weeks later, and now around 24p or so ;

" 3. Algorithmic trading & stop-loss hunting

• AIM stocks are targeted by bots and algos that exploit weak technicals and low volumes.

• A drop triggers stop-loss orders, which cascade the fall and cause a sharp percentage drop.

4. No volume = volatile chart

• MATD is often trading with low daily volume, meaning a few trades can shift the price disproportionately.

• A 10% drop might involve only a few million shares, which on AIM could be just tens of thousands of pounds. "

MlbeckM - PREM's share price is about half what it was at the end of April....

Tadger ; the share price hit 5.3p back in early June last year. It's only since that time that it has been so consistently weak. In all the other years anybody trapped had opportunities to exit at the peak of that year - even in the 2020 covid year, when it still hit 4.8p at its peak. And in all the other years prior to 2024 it always hit at least 5p during the year, and often quite a bit higher.

It feels to me that since early June last year there has been an all out campaign to create as much capitulation as possible amongst the LTHs. Judging by some of the recent comments by a few LTHs on here, the tactic has worked extremely well so far.

Velo ; fair play to you if you have 15m. I hope it pays off for all the LTHs.
