Why don't you try to read and understand things before you comment ? For a start the RNS states that they can relinquish after each phase - and the first phase is 2 years, with a cost of $980,000. However as it clearly states, they will be looking to do a farmout. If they wanted they could just licence it out to a third party and then collect royalties.

Every single year to date it would have been possible to have been hacked off with the share price at some point in a given year. I mean, even just before the 2017 sudden rocket up to 38p. Welcome to the world of share price action with micro caps folks. Every single year we have had price action volatility of 300% to 400% and every single year people talk as though it's the first time that it has ever happened.

That's what happens when you [pay zero attention to historical price action, and frankly have absolutely no idea of the volatility of micro cap share price action. Ever single year at some point the price has been between 1.5p to 2.5p at some point, and every single year it has hit at least 5p during the year - sometimes quite a bit higher. and that even includes tghe covid year, with the borders shut and no permit in place for access to the land.

And always in neat rounded off blocks of 250k, 500k, 750k etc ? Yeah right.

Almost certainly algo bots - hence the neat rounded numbers. It's a known fact that in the US algo bots are heavily at play with micro caps, buying and selling to make profit on the spread. It's actually a good thing, as it helps maintain liquidity in stocks with typically low volumes. The algo bots will step aside if there is sudden volatility, as it becomes too risky.

Gusto ; thanks very much for your concern towards the current shareholders and for kindly encouraging people to crystallise paper losses through propagating fear, but I feel that your energies would be better deployed making yourself rich through finding yourself a company that you want to invest in. In other words do us all a favour and f**k off.

Doc ; I have pointed out numerous times on here that the share price peak has historically been about May/June just as it was last year. I can't help you if you haven't got the intelligence to study historical price action. Again, that just makes me think that you are a naive get rich quick merchant, who expects his multi bagger as some kind of entitlement.

I don't know if you have noticed yet, but we are 16 days into January so far. And the term ' months' is rather more than the first 16 days of January.... LOL.

The fact is that every single year the price has reached around 5p at some stage during the year, and I expect that to continue this year. Even in the covid year it touched 4.8p. My guess is that this year it will test the resistance of 5p at some point ( probably May or June ) and then possibly go on to test the other strong resistance level of 10p. I personally doubt that it will go past the 10p resistance this year, but that's just my opinion.

Because otherwise why are you on here ? I presume that you are invested, though I would question why you didn't exit prior to May, given that you clearly believed that the company wouldn't ever obtain the local consent . You were happy to mislead other investors with that nonsense back then weren't you ?

Do us all a favour - if you break even again then sell up, and then find a company that you like and can buy into, and which you wont spend every single day wasting your life pouring bile and vitriol at.

Doc ; as a matter of interest why did you ever get involved with buying shares in this company ? At some point in the past you must have had some positive feelings towards it surely ? What were those positive thoughts ?

To me you are either not invested at all ( ie a troll who enjoys needling other people ) or are another naive get rich quick amateur dabbler, who at the beginning couldn't be bothered to understand what micro caps are really like, but who believed that they were entitled to an automatic multi bagger.

Whatever the reason, your professional career seems to revolve around sitting on this board making sarcastic remarks about other posters, and generally spreading as much negativity as possible about the company. And generally you have been totally wrong about the most important points - for example maintaining that the company would never obtain the local access consent. And recently you seemed to be saying that they would never get the sales agreement signed - well that seems to be happening now in February which is fine.

Doc ' note " months " plural. I just said it's where the share price is from April onwards that interests me.

There are 12 months in a year, so ' the first few months ' ( plural ) easily includes April or May, which are the 4th and 5th months out of 12.

Doc83 ; thanks for twisting what I wrote. It's where the share price is between April to July that interests me. You see, unlike you I can look at historical price action and understand charts.

Remember that RNS in 2023 when the share price was marked down to 1.8p on the open and then recovered on the same day to a peak of something like 6p ? It had finished the previous day at about 3.5p.

This is the type of price action that you get with micro caps folks. I see it every day with US microcaps which I actively trade. Micro caps are far more about price action than fundamentals - that's a fact.

Why do you put all your eggs in one basket with one micro cap share given that microcaps have extremely volatile and sometimes very unpredictable price action. If you don't believe me then look at a 10 year Matd chart - it looks like a large mountain range....

I would suggest that a real investor is unlikely to sell up with a large paper loss. Since I first starting buying back in late August 2019 I have have had a paper loss and ( briefly ) a paper profit in every single year - even the covid year when the borders were shut and the company had no legal consent to access the Heron land.

What this means is that anybody getting involved with micro caps needs to pay a lot of attention to the price action, and needs to try and understand how it works.

Also, BESS projects are far less risky than oil. There are no complications with dusters or the kinds of issues we have seen with H1 and H2 so far. So money invested in batteries is far safer one could argue.

Manx ; I agree. It's a strange situation, because the share price took such a massive hit on that last RNS.

I think people forget that for several years we used to get an RNS every 6 months or so. Now people expect one every 2 weeks.
