It’s insane how many people are negative on Boohoo on here. Something for you that you may not know, Boohoo is the name of the group but there are tons of brands you may not be aware of; Burtons, Debenhams, Pretty Little Thing, Karen Mullen, Nasty Gal.

Don’t listen to some of the crap you hear about Boo. The future isn’t just bright, the future is Boohoo and whether you like it or not, this is a steal for the long term especially when the US warehouse goes live, supply chain fixes itself and they make a change to how they deal with free returns.

Just like Zara have done. That will stop the chavs from returning their items and purchasing them in the first place which in the short and long term will be a big win.

If the Kamanis want to take it private, now would probably be the best time to do so if they want a bargain, say at around £1.40 - 1.50

As the months go by and the SP rises back to what it was a few weeks ago - 85-90p, the valuation will also rise.

It’s undervalued but don’t expect anything to change significantly before summer of 2023. At the VERY earliest.

He got in at 1.45 after bashing the stock for months haha. Now he’s in the same boat as the rest of us with massive losses, just goes to show, never speak to soon.

But what a damn opportunity! Summer 2023. Thing will be looking up.

I reckon the warning of the RNS is to avoid a situation like we had in December when we randomly got hit with a trading update and the SP tanked and never recovered since.

I could be wrong but it seems like they are giving the investors a heads up.

I just don’t understand what the good news could be. The investor call a few weeks ago warned us that there are going to be strong headwinds until 2023.

They didn’t sugarcoat anything, the message was clear - stick with us long term, short term there are still issues. So based on that, the trading update is slightly worrying, perhaps a warning to current investors.

I could be wrong but there’s nothing as of now that brings me confidence, 12 months from now is a different story. They could follow other stores and refuse free online returns but that’s highly unlikely.

Has anyone trimmed their investment and invested in another company following the most recent investor call?

I just don’t think it’s a good decision at all.
