Their business model is working. If they remove free returns, that will have a direct impact on sales.

What they are doing is fine, the issues is out of their hands. Freight costs, inflation costs for cotton etc. How can they control that? They will likely make adjustments but this is a short term problem.

Yeah, profits aren’t going to be as expected and so this SP valuation of £5 may not be achievable and so the market has reacted because they don’t like uncertainty.

The bad news is here, it’s factored in, we are aware and we know it. This is the time you want to be a Boohoo investor, in the future people will be looking back at this time talking about how lucky investors were who took a chance.

Where do you find the info on all the shorts?

It’s not insider information. It’s a known fact that garments, cotton costs increased have increased with inflation.

We were looking forward to a positive update in January, now the markets are aware of the profits we should be looking at, hopefully that will lead to a positive move.

Also, the shorters wanted this to come down and now it’s come to a level even they didn’t think it would reach. Most shorters will close, lots of big funds will wants to get in at these prices.

2021 has been rotten, let’s roll onto 2022.
