There was no reason for us to know about this bid. Plenty of people have gotten rich off this.

Agree. It could go private but time is running out for MM, who really knows what’s going on behind closed doors?

Haven’t heard from Sparta but I am certain they are looking at this closely. Also Kelso, as well as the enemy, Bloomberg have stated that Nutrition alone is 2.5 billion, look at the current market cap in comparison.

Something will happen this summer, I just don’t see why Apollo will walk away and I don’t see why MM will let this stay on the market after a no deal as they will crucify him after his recent LinkedIn posts. I just don’t think it’s over, haven’t thrown in the towel just yet, I reckon an offer is coming.

How’s this relevant to THG mate?

Looking at the trades, far more buys than sells over the past hour or so. Plenty of big buys between 50-100k too.

There are others that are looking at the SP and thinking it is the perfect time to add or get in.

If there is a deadline extension, it will give the city boys more time to play around with this.

I expected some news to be leaked to the press to build momentum but it’s just silence, it’s not a bad thing necessarily if a deal is in place.

It feels like it has been months since that Apollo RNS came out, I’ve certainly aged years since then.

MM was right. The city will always destroy this share at every possible chance. He’s given up with them and today is another reason why he has been so frustrated and vocal about it.

This was all part of the plan following the Bloomberg article. Time to wrap up the deal MM, another 10% reduction? Unfathomable.
