Before anyone says, who cares about CitySpy. Relax, it’s just a bit of gossip and speculation, nothing different from the topics that we ramble about all day and night.

There must be a few bidders but they don’t want to leak that information to the press or submit an RNS for it as the relationship with Apollo has been built and appears to be going well with the ongoing negotiations.

Leaking news like that could have some impacts on the the deal with Apollo, why risk that?

Let’s just be clear on that, they were far into the negotiations at the time the RNS dropped last month.

Also, remember all those LinkedIn posts from MM over the last few months - the successes, the Iceland deal, how he’s building a British giant. There was something behind all of those nostalgic feeing tweets.

He knew change was coming but before it came he slowly drip feeding all the good times and struggles that have come along the way. The head of investment banking from Jefferies was liking all of those tweets. It’s all adding up.

Don’t be fooled by the naysayers, we are in endgame.

Asos and Boohoo are looking like great targets on the cheap. Especially Boohoo imo, massive potential there in North America.

At 37p, Boohoo is a steal. Hold and you’ll pay off in the long run.

Soon as I made the order, tons of emails coming about confirmation, processing, dispatch. All very smooth, very fast, just fantastic.

I just received an email a minute ago telling me that my order has been upgraded to next day delivery and I should expect it tomorrow. This could entirely be because of logistical reasons but I must say, the end to end experience has been magnificent.

0.63% is the current position, held by Qube. If they are all algorithm based, that algorithm may need some tweaking.

You and I both. I’ve succeeded but thought I was into a winner until I lost out and was worse off than where I started.

We’re in end game. Follow the trades, the short positions, the big money, not the fake news.

But fml. Could have averaged down way lower if you decided to short this over the past few days.

It’s not just going up and down, it’s doing it by a significant amount. The traders and boys in the city are making bank at our expense.

Boohoo, Asos, THG, all in the red between 5-7%. I’ll wait until we hear anything concrete.

Until then, it’s just the city moving money around and capitalising on these stocks. No news yet remember, they’re just taking advantage of the silence.

If that is the case then he will look like a fool because if the deal doesn’t go through, he’s likely out the door in a few months and his baby is gone.

He could strike up a deal and take it private but he’s ran out of time and it likely wouldn’t go through.
