Remember the shorts reduced massively in the last few weeks and have remained there. MM is done with the city and is looking to take this listing off imminently. The chairman wasn’t even present during the last investors call.

I’d love to see what the conversation on this board is like next week or in 2 weeks time.

I don’t know but everyone else but regardless of what the offer is, if you believe an offer is coming, then these prices…well, it’s a steal.

Of course, as always, the online stocks - THG, Asos, Boohoo are deeper in red more than any.

THG has been battered today which to me is no surprise, on a red day, this stock in particular would be targeted more than any seeing as there could be a huge spike any time between now and the 15th.

I’m expecting all stocks to bounce back tomorrow or Thursday. Imagine if an offer revealed itself during then. Hmmm…

After last weeks attack, there has been no RNS indicating the deal is off which is good news. Quiet is good news. Things are happening and today, every stock is in red.

We know there are only a few days left and until then, just have to remain patient. An RNS will come, even if it’s a deadline extension, it’s good news.

Personally, I think an RNS will likely come outside of trading hours and any significant news maybe leaked to the media beforehand. This could be the week, brace yourselves…

Prediction - Short selling will never be banned, it’s all talk and not the first time they’ve brought this up.

Another prediction, more companies will be heading private and being acquired by giants like Apollo because of the result of fraudulent activities and short selling.

Did this turn into a political sub overnight? Appreciate it if you shut down the noise guys, we don’t want to miss relevant news by having to scroll through the non-THg news that seems to be increasing on this board.

I reckon we will have some news next week now. Any other news will likely come through the media.

I really wish the bank holiday was later this year, perhaps give us one in September instead!

This is exactly we need to hear something soon. Whether it’s an RNS or news fed to Sky. I’m awaiting an update soon.

Currently there’s no news except for a bunch of articles claiming that the deal is in jeopardy.

The scum have created this uncertainty so I expect it to stay at these levels until we hear some official news or an RNS. It’s disappointing but their plan is working.

I really hope they don’t get away with this. We can’t forget what took place yesterday if it actually was a coordinated attack.

The way this country is heading, i completely expect similar riots to kick off here eventually. Everyone is angry, something is brewing, I’m hoping they pick their targets well and take it to Liverpool Street and Canary Wharf.
