No worries. It’s one of those days, FTSE dropped at the same time too.

Outside of the THG news, there is some banking turmoil in the background with First Republic looking in danger. It could be a crazy few months for the stock market.

The ups and downs will have an impact on THG when there is no significant news but in the grand schemes of things, shouldn’t mean much seeing as we’re expecting some big news in the next few weeks.

Strange morning so far. It hasn’t been up and down so rapid in some time. The average volume looks a lot higher than previous days too.

Awaiting todays RNS’s, perhaps Sparta have a holding of more than 1%…

I reckon we may have hear about the bid next week or the week after next. Negotiations happenings, perhaps contracts even been signed. They probably won’t want to rush this seeing as they have until the 15th.

Absolutely not. £1 was always going to be a challenge, I don’t think it will naturally cross that barrier until we hear some news. At that point, it should fly through it.

Head down and focus. Patience is required after a few hectic days last week.
