Right on the money. Screw Kamani and the board, they have absolutely no care for the shareholders and now they’re in trouble, they want the shareholders to back them? Laughable. Ashley could be the only hope here, it would be foolish to stick with Kamani.

There was always going to be a short attack. At least it allows some people like OSG to get back in but maybe a bit off where they began to short the stock as it wasn’t in the 30s long ago now was it.

Aah, OSG so you did sell but not all of your holdings, why at the bottom though?

I can’t see the board signing off a quick sale of MyProtein, as others have mentioned, it wouldn’t make sense especially for such a low valuation.

They haven’t made things and people will likely vote against this simply because they don’t want Ingenuity shares even though they want the demerger to go ahead.

If anyone can provide input that would be great.

Hmmm. Why do they release corporate actions days after the vote and mentioned - ‘The following options will be available to you as part of the demerger’.

Do you also have actions under corporate actions that arrived days after the vote?

I think the vote is just for the investors to vote on the proposal and the corporate action is to give them the instruction after the proposal has been approved which is why it’s currently blanked out.

That’s how I’ve read it anyway, none of this is ever clear.

Rock8. I’m not too sure if that’s correct for AJ Bell, that is the voting option that you mentioned there.

There is another section for a corporate action which doesn’t seem to be available just yet. There are only 2 options available there.

1.50 is certainly achievable pretty quickly, especially if we go into a lockdown scenario next year. THG was not listed so didn’t get the boost that Boohoo and Asos did, Boohoo was once near abouts £4.

AJ Bell have sent the Corporate Action but the option to vote has not been made available yet.

Never say never. £3 although looks impossible, you’d be surprised what a shift in momentum could do in the stock market.

It happened with Rolls Royce, it happened with IAG, it happened to Hiscox, it happened to Savills, it happened to Imperial Brands, TC Icap, Carnival etc etc. When the sector you’re in starts booming and getting the big investment, the tide does turn. So never say never.

I really hope you can average further down as the SP is still criminally low.

I’ve said it countless times before and I’ll say it again. THG is a rare kind of business where they have two brands, quite different to each other but equally as in demand and a demand that will grow and grow, year by year.

Protein because people are much more health conscious, keen on protein intake and getting their daily vitamins. Beauty, well that doesn’t require much explanation. The brands part of Beauty are also what really excites me about the future.

This is why I never take some of these comments seriously, especially those that are here for a quick buck and just want this to go private for a £1 or something silly like that. They clearly don’t understand the business and massive potential ahead, they’re only concerned about short term trading.

Let’s just hope Apollo come back with vengeance.

I think the recent comments about MM are a bit extreme but I must admit, I cannot and I will not get over the Apollo fiasco. It truly was a stain on the company and the investors, it shouldn't be forgotten.

Will the SP get to the valuation that Apollo offered? I think it will but who knows what’s in store in the next few months, let alone the next few years.

Have no idea where we will be in 6 months time?
