Apollo could very well be back. I wouldn’t write it off at all.

They have just received another offer and it’s an increase to their previous offer. They’ve been quite transparent about the whole process.

Meanwhile, MM, kept us completely in the dark and we still are oblivious to any of the conversations. It seems like he has something to hide. Ridiculous CEO.

I agree 100% but literally no point of talking about this as there is no chance that MM will change his ways.

Experience matters. Having proven to be successful in other companies matters. I think Moulding just prefers a THG ‘success story’ and what could potentially look good on social media, he’s a diva after all and I have no doubt that the SP would be in a different place had MM left the company a year or 2 ago.

Let’s be honest. The shorts never get burnt with this stock, even after that Apollo RNS, had they held their nerve they would have been able to close their shorts a few weeks later.

MM always fails when tries to outsmart the city.

Silly twat actually said #NoThanks and the SP ended up 30% lower after 18 months. Wonder who has egg on their face now, it’s not Apollo.

It seems like it’s a matter of being just a slight bit more patient. Once Ingenuity gets picked up, Nutrition and Beauty could either be part of the deal, or they could be re-valued and re-listed. Though if they are up for selling Ingenuity and it goes through successfully, it could bring it bids for Nutrition and Beauty.

I wonder if there was still room for negotiation. It’s been 18 months and the SP is doing even worse after Apollo left.

If you had told everyone on this board that 18 months after the Apollo bid had come, the SP would be close to 50p, we’d all had lost our mind.

So back then Moulding said #NoThanks and with Ingenuity on sale, I wonder if he regrets being so unprofessional.

@moniman - Apollo likely offered close to 2.50 last year, the business is more valuable now, so the 1.50 offer is pretty laughable.

He’s not wrong.

In this day and age, if things escalate to a global level, it’s likely that other forms of ‘war’ will be used. Cyber attack likely to be one of them.

The only problem is MM. His personality is erratic so he could change his mind or make things difficult to get things over the line.

I feel sorry for those that brought in first thing yesterday morning at 67p assuming this would rise. I thought we were in for a massive rise but in this crooked market, anything can happen.

My research has led me to the conclusion that we are heading into a lot of chaos next year. World war 3 will begin, the US are going to be heavily involved and anything could happen, cyber attacks are likely to play a part too.

People aren’t going to be consuming products as they are now and nutrition and beauty will suffer. MM had a chance to to put things in motion before things hit the fan but he seems either rather clueless or reluctant for major change.

Just remember this post for those that do not believe that next year we will see life change forever as we know it.
