Nobody is touching this with a barge pole it seems, except for MA but in all honesty, I don’t know his plan. There are some that have posted some interesting theories, I just don’t like the idea of this being taken cheap. I do like the idea of someone coming in hostile and ruffling the feathers.

@jcb208 - This was getting offers at more than 5x the current SP and the business has only grown and is in a much better place now and looking to potentially expand and thrive in the future with the demand only increasing. This is why I’m unable to fathom why it’s falling like a company heading towards bankruptcy.

The question I’m asking is, what will we lose? Our mental well-being or our money because it’s both heading down the sewer at this rate.

Btw. Look at Asos and Boohoo today. However is profiting and taking advantage of these constant drops has a special place in hell waiting for them, I’m hoping they’re able to make it there soon.

I’m in agreement with most of these comments. The stock that keeps me up at night does it again, now falling even lower, are the board blind? Is MM blind? This was once at £8 and an offer of 1.70 was once rejected.

I’m in disbelief. I can’t believe what we’re witnessing here and what do we get in return? A bunch of LinkedIn posts of a private jet. Time to protest? A revolt? What can we do right now?

GSK is up. Vodafone is up. Plenty of others so it’s not as bad as it’s made out to be.

Something has to happen because I can’t see this stock performing well even with outstanding results, dividends, cutting costs, more whales. The city have had enough of MM so I don’t see anything driving the price up. Especially getting above £1 which is where it should be.

This has to be taken private or one of the divisions will be sold, I don’t know how MM and the board can just allow this to remain listed. FFS! It’s Nutrition and BEAUTY! Two booming sectors and although highly competitive, will only have a growing demand in the future. MA obviously sees the future but I don’t trust him, unfortunately I may trust him more than MM though.

Nutrition is going to take time to recover. The good thing is that they reshuffled things at the top, Mistry is clearly an amateur at this and it will take time.

I was hoping that Selkirk would throw themselves into the mix as I don’t know how long the Nutrition recovery will take.

I am liking the optimism, let’s hope we have a positive day tomorrow. Also no posts from Stanley either so this may actually be a good evening after all.

Pearls. I like the optimism but there is none of that in this market. I’m sure it will rebound eventually but it’s heading down tomorrow as per usual with this. I genuinely think this is good news for the long term but others won’t see it that way.

The market isn’t going to like any news THG brings so I expect this to reach an all time low tomorrow and another opportunity to reduce my average because it shouldn’t be there in the long term.

I thought this read as good news?

He’s right. MyProtein has so much potential, it could really be a massive global brand, perhaps now is the right time for a smart player to acquire the business, I think Iain knows a thing or two about that.

The smart ones will short this.
