I had to rub my eyes, did we just have a 7% increase and is there any reason behind this? I wonder if we’ll have an RNS tomorrow.

Stanley/Moniman. You need to stop cluttering this forum up with your repetitive posts. I am sure, like many others, we just see your username and scroll along without reading.

If you want to vent, I encourage you to email Investor relations, message Moulding on his social media platforms, LinkedIn etc. This behaviour is becoming slightly schizophrenic.

Two questions everyone:

1) Mike Ashley buying up stock, is this a good thing or bad thing?

2) Are Mike and Matt on the same page or is Mike working alone on this?

Cannot seem to trust any of these guys in all honesty but there are some here that are rooting for MA and I also would like to but not if he’s here to screw us, but then I think, can it be any worse than Moulding? After all Fraser’s Group dipped in price years ago and he turned it around so he’s clearly better suited at this than ‘Mr No Thanks’.

Do people really think the inclusion will make a difference? The city hate MM, not THG. This is still in their control and MM is still in charge. I just can’t see this being the driving change.

MM isn’t going anywhere though. So banking on something, whatever that is…

So if they make it, what happens? An RNS followed by a sharp rise and then another red day, perhaps below 30p this time? It’s the same old story with this stock, has been for years now, why would we expect anything to change just because it’s been listed? We still have the same leadership after all.

He’s going to try and screw us isn’t it? How can we prevent this from happening?

So they just narrowly missed out? Coincidence? I doubt it. MM doesn’t want to be in there and I’m not too bothered, I’m just hoping there is another plan coming into play but I just hope they don’t screw us, that’s what I’m worried about.

I sent out the form online and got a response within an hour. I was told that they were still assessing options and I was given a number to call if I wanted to speak in person though they are limited to what they can say.

Response also had Iain CC’d into the email. An interesting exchange, if anyone thinks they can benefit from a conversation, it’s worth a punt and sending an email to them.

I’ve also emailed Kelso and THG for what it’s worth, not anticipating a response from either.

That little weasel is behind this. They’re planning on taking this for cheap. I just can’t see how anything under £1 can be approved by the board, there will and should be revolt but I’m just going to play the waiting game.

I just had another look at the LinkedIn post with Iain’s comment being right at the top, it does give me slight comfort seeing as Selkirk mentioned they will be making their move very early in Q1 2025, which is over a month away. I don’t know if it’s false hope but I don’t even think it’s a conspiracy that these lot want the SP to be as low as it possibly can be before making their big moves.

I’ve seen a few people adding their comments on that post. Good on them, he must be reading those but he hasn’t deleted them..yet.
