Hi CB
The poor person who read the original RNS and bought £7.5K worth at 26p now needs an over 21% increase in the SP to get back to where they started.
Perhaps they'll get an opportunity to really improve their average if the SP retreats to 15p - 18p.

Hi tonyj
When my money is at stake, I don't appreciate companies that I'm invested in behaving in such a mismanaged, shambolic way. Is that OK with you?
You're not averse to the odd moan yourself.
I haven't sold a single share and I'm not encouraging anyone else to, simply airing my frustration with people who earn £100K's not doing the basics right (whoever that might be).
Now, I've got stuff to do. Have a good one.

Hi CB
Totally agree. Every time there's an opportunity to take advantage of a bit of momentum, they shoot themselves in the foot. If you were a cynic, you'd be thinking that it's deliberate.
Hope that's the end of **** ups but somehow doubt it.
Good win on Sunday.
Cheers

Hi LTI
I wouldn't be surprised if, to avoid upsetting existing major shareholders, 20% was the maximum subscription that anyone could apply for. Maybe 2 or 3 more £1M investors to update in due course. I'll guess (i) Premier Miton Group, (ii) S Chari and (iii) Herald Investment Management Limited to come.
Time will tell.

Hi CB
It's not going to happen (IMO). It appears to me that they missed their 3-times claim for the 31/12/22 quarter and that it took nearly 4 months to achieve instead. However, they do seem to be sticking to their 2022/2023 revenue estimate of £13M. Time will tell.

Hi jakeandelwood
Re TU, I'm not sure that we'll get anything more than they gave in Monday's RNS, being:-
Financial position and trading
As previously disclosed in the Company's interim results, released on 14 December 2022, turnover for the 6 months to 30 September 2022 was £1.3m, which met Board expectations. Management forecast that circa 90% of the full financial year revenue will be delivered in the second half of the current financial year. Thanks to significant contracts secured, revenue for this financial year to date is now more than £5 million.
A total of £4.5m cash was collected from customers in the 6 months to 30 September 2022(FY22: £3.8m), and a further £3.8 million since the period end, taking total cash collection to date in the financial year to circa £8.3 million.

Hi tonyj
I totally agree with you but I have given up commenting - the BoD will do exactly what they want to do.
Just as there was a chance of there being a real squeeze put on the supply of shares, some guy gets to buy £500K worth out of the blue and now another 30m shares released to their mates on the cheap within days of them saying:
"based on detailed cash flow provided to the Board to 31 March 2024, there is sufficient cash to see the Group through to profitability based on its standard operating model."
Not happy but I give up.

Hi CB
Yes, it seems to have taken a bit longer to hit the 3 times figure but still on course to hit forecasts for the full year.
When it says:-
"Placing is open to new and existing institutional and other investors", does that include us or is it invitation only?
Cheers
