I think that this is where we are going wrong. JC & HP with guidance from PT have been using the wrong model. They've used one of PT's templates and inadvertently created not for profit organisation i.e. a legal entity that operates for a public or social benefit, rather than to generate profit for its owners.

This is an India-(laser) focused loss making company. We can't afford to go losing money all over the world as well.

Another fundraise would be required to support that nonsense.

There have been 7 Cyan fundraises (FR) over the last 6 years or so and the SP today is lower than all of them. The previous FRs range from 28p to yesterday's 9p, being the lowest to date.

If Admission is completed tomorrow, there will be 359M shares.

The major shareholders' (including BoD) percentage of total share capital will increase from 42.65% to 47.29%. Was this FR a defensive move?

Considering Heather earned over £260K with Cyan last year, she hasn't shown a great deal of confidence in JC's ability to pull this off by investing just £12K (i.e. 4% of salary) this time around.

JC said we'd have a Cyan SPV by Nov'24 to Feb'25. Looking forward to that RNS.

The way I see it, the market doesn't give a toss about this fundraise. It still has no confidence in JC being able to create a business that can make money.

Until JC can demonstrate that he can run a business that makes money, we'll be stuck here.

He needs to get one of his SPVs off the ground sharpish. Subcontracting isn't going to do it.
