You can work out from the Half-year Financial Report that the business continued to perform dreadfully in the following 3 months to 31/12/25. By then, they were still owed more than half of their Y/E 31/03/2025 trade debtors.

They can't make any new sales and they're struggling to get the money off customers who have bought bits and bobs from them. It's a sh**show.

IMO, the company was completely destroyed in April.

There was absolutely no need for them to have created the 'market expectation' of projected revenue of £34M for FY25 in the first place. The missing it by a country mile was always going to cause mayhem.

It was so wildly out that I can't help thinking that it was deliberate (i.e. the crashing of the SP), but that would be ridiculous wouldn't it? Who benefits?

If I was to ask anything at the AGM, it would be for the detailed working papers of the BoD (or whoever was responsible for them), showing how the projected revenue of £34M was arrived at. Then, I would ask how the actual compared to the projections (in detail).

If so, he must have been about 10 years old we he joined the company in 2014. A 10 year old being 'instrumental' in closing sales of $100M in his previous job is impressive - it seems like he peaked early.

None of it matters.

He can't create a model that works. They lose money as a subby and they'll lose more money subbing out.

He's got 2 weeks to come up with some quarterly numbers that make sense. As if that's going to happen.

SP is 10% lower today than it was 5 years ago. Says it all.

If the 115 employees knuckled down and actually did a day's work each, the company might get somewhere. Perhaps it would be an idea JC & HP could lead by example and stop pratting about in the Cambridge office wearing their Indian costumes every time there's some celebration over there.

Maybe celebrate when they get the SP to 30p.

They probably have a good old dance around the office every month when their salary lands in their bank accounts.

If the quarter has been disappointing, you can guarantee that the new quarterly updating policy will be scrapped before it's got going.

It's no good relying on an order book that will only result in bigger losses.

They need new contracts that have a chance of including a little bit of profit for 'The CyanConnode Group'. That would be a first.

As 'The CyanConnode Group' don't provide quarterly updates, they won't say anything in January.

In the interims, it says:

· Following completion of Q3 FY 2026 on 31 December 2025, the Company intends to hold an Investor Presentation on the Investor Meet Company platform for shareholders in Q4 FY 2026.

Two things here:

1. They say 'intends', which probably means they won't.

2. In Q4 FY 2026, which probably means it'll be on or around the 31st March if they do.

Where are all the new contracts? No sales to speak of in 2025, apart from the never to get going Goa.

Are the big holders actually 'holders'? You might find that things aren't quite what they seem.

When you sort of control over 70M shares, you can move the SP up and down as you like (within reason) and it's all within the rules.
