After selling up about a year ago, I'm no longer bothered. The only interest I have is in the Welsh connection.

Do these four guys have a clue about this sector or have they simply got more money than sense. At least it gives them something to talk about during their 18 holes together.

How could you forget about him? He's got a stronger CV than the other Board members combined. I was hoping that he was going to bring some seriousness to the party but apparently not.

Perhaps he's bitten off more than he can chew. It doesn't look like his experience has been with sucker stocks and he can't/doesn't know how to shift that perception of this one.

I won't say a word until we see the results of Lyndon Faulkner's work. He is responsible for improving the way the company is perceived by investors, both new and existing.

Very little (I mean nothing) to show for his 'effort' so far and the SP has halved since he joined the Board just over 12 months ago.

I guess you get what you pay for and Cyan pay him nothing.

What's occurring?

Of course they'll also be able to have as one of their headlines in the Final Results (31/03/25) that they have an increase the cash position to £5M+ compared to £0.8M as at 31/03/24, without alerting onlookers that there is a corresponding £5M loan on which they are paying 15%pa interest.

This £5M is simply filling the black hole in JC & HP's forecasts created by the failure to secure the £4M from the 15p warrants, which look like they are going to expire unexercised on 09/05/2025..................or are they?

Yes, but that could be that Cyan's work with Genus is very limited or a lot - we just don't know.

Someone is happy to take (pinch) them though - we're probably a tad under the fundraise price right now.

The max you can sell is less than £500 worth of shares.

The SP won't budge until the fundraise is done and dusted.

Then, no explanation of discount or premium required. They're getting lazy.

What do people think will happen before 2024 is out?

A fundraise at 10p (40M-50M shares) within the next 28 days.

Why are there never any articles written about Cyan in newspapers or shares magazines? Is the company too toxic.

On 01/08/24, Cyan confirmed that it was actively exploring a potential strategic investment into its subsidiary, CC India Ltd. If these discussions have been concluded without agreement, I don't suppose that it's inevitable that we'll be told.
