As you know, nothing new will be divulged at the AGM. The accounts will be approved, the two £40K a year (for doing eff all) guys will be re-elected and an RNS released by 11:00am letting you know that the meeting is over.

Not at all sure what's going on here. JC gets his £300K out and Mr ARM (C Jones) takes £100K in cash as a golden goodbye, rather than taking it in shares.

Saying that, old C Jones was never a big believer in Cyan shares, holding about £50 worth while he was on the board (very wise).

I'd like to know where else on the planet Cyan's BoD would be paid the amounts they are currently being paid by our company. They are just doing what they like - it's a disgrace.

There's no demand whatsoever out there for Cyan shares. The max that you can sell is £2K worth.

How can we start getting one or two of these individuals removed/replaced?

This crock of proverbial needs a good old fashioned shake-up from top to bottom (IMO).

Just received this week's edition of Chronic Investor and surprise, surprise, there's no mention of Cyan or any of the companies desperately trying to acquire a slice of it.

What is it with all of these publications and their reluctance to ever write about Cyan. Is it simply too toxic?

Actually, the chance not to missed was selling 18 months later at the absolute peak of 28p, along with the family members of the BoD. What remarkably superb timing by them.

If this company is such a nailed-on cert to succeed, where are all the buyers?

Why aren't you, LTI, Vas etc filling your boots every day, day in day out, while the SP is at 7p - 8p?

I've had a bit of cash set aside for a while to buy when the SP gets to 8.5p - 9p but it's become evidently clear that's not going to happen.

The situation is farcical and the shares should be suspended.

I could sew up 100% of the business in my line of work, if I was prepared to do it at a loss (which I'm not).

That's where Cyan have positioned themselves but they can't afford to continue on that path much longer, which is why they don't want any more subbie work.

It's a shambles.

If the tech is so good (I don't know if it is or it isn't), wouldn't it be straightforward for them to find an infrastructure fund to partner with and create one those SPVs that JC & HP were banging on about?

Why do they feel the need to enter discussions to sell even 1% of CC UK, CC India or DigiSmart to IntelliSmart (IS)?

Is it because they can't defy IS? If so, that's not a great reason to get into bed with them.

If someone really wants to own the tech, let them buy the whole shooting match on the market. Don't make it easy for them.

If the value of this company is really £24M, JC has called something seriously wrong here (and I will have too).

Reputation of the market? Are they joking?

How about including in 'On a Final Note' something about:-

1. IntelliSmart attempting to mug existing Cyan shareholders

2. The fact that there's a 8.2p lid heavily locked down on the SP.
